I ordered 2 birthday cards on 14 th may…
I ordered 2 birthday cards on 14 th may as the arrival date was estimated for before my partners birthday on 22nd May so shouldve been plenty of time to get the card out. When the due arrival date came and the card still had not arrived i sent an email asking where it was. I got an apology and they said they would send them out again. Despite supposedly sending them out first class , i have yet to receive any of the cards sent . I have now had to buy some cards from the shop so what a waste of money! i have asked for a refund but not had a response to this funnily enough! Do not use if you are expecting them to actually send out a card! Its such a shame because they have got a comical card selection! They blamed the postal service however I never had such an issue with any of the other card companies. Customer service is good despite this and i have been sent a refund.

We’re really sorry your cards didn’t arrive in time for your partner’s birthday. We understand how frustrating and disappointing that is.
We are a small family business and use a professional printers to print and dispatch our cards which they do very efficiently. All orders placed before midday Mon-Fri are printed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after midday Mon-Fri are shipped on the next working day. All of our cards are sent with Royal Mail First Class (or tracked 24 if that is selected at checkout) but unfortunately items are sometimes delayed or even lost in transit with Royal Mail. If contacted as soon as the estimated delivery dates has passed we will always resend immediately to try and get cards out to you in time for the date they are needed for, unfortunately we need to be alerted in time for that to be feasible.
We did resend the cards as soon as contacted and issued a refund, but appreciate that didn't solve the issue of the cards not being there for the occasion.

When I discovered this amazing site I now use all the time and got a poster of my husbands card it was fab and we get loads of comments great quality and when I did have an issue customer service was very efficient and replaced immediately I will be using you forever for birthday cards
