Still Waiting (Over a month!!!)
My sunglasses have not yet arrived, and I ordered them over a month ago. Communication about customs issues was initiated by me, and follow up by looker has been habitually late with no hope of resolution.

Dear Dieter, we understand your frustration. We are terribly sorry for how the situation unfolded. As we already wrote you in our emails, there is very little that we can do to influence the release of your package from the US customs. We provided them with all the required information and have been requesting updates to FedEx over and over. Rest assured that if your package doesn't ultimately get delivered we're going to issue you a full refund. Unfortunately this is a very exceptional situation, and this delay is 100% due to the unbelievable inefficiency of the US customs. In regards to initiating communication about customs issues: please understand that, once the package has been shipped, your interlocutor for any shipping-related issues becomes the courier (TNT-FedEx, in this case). That is why we send all our customers tracking info, so that if an issue arises you can get in touch with the courier. They are ultimately responsible for delivering your package. In the remote case that they fail to deliver the package, we'll have no problem issuing you a refund.
All this being said, we feel for you and we apologize for the disservice. We are monitoring the situation and we'll keep you updated. Please note that you can cancel your order and get a full refund at any moment.
