Have'nt receive my order to this date…
Received order today 11/7 instead of 10/27 due to custom issues. I had never had any issues with customs from other european on line sellers who mostly uses DHL instead of Fedex. I understand that these may happen. I am happy with the product, but it is so frustrating when one is waiting for an order and takes another 10 days to arrive from time of estimated delivery.

And we have sent all the required information once more after FedEx asked us to. It's up to FedEx and the US customs to release your package.
