I purchased the eyebrow definer in brown, a brown eyeshadow, the make up primer and a lipstick. They are all wonderful, thank you so much. I'm 72 years old and these are perfect. Seem to be made for me.

I ordered the foundation, eyebrow brush, eyebrow shaper and eyeliner and bronzer
Foundation I returned. I found small granules and it made my skin dry and didn’t go on smooth even over my primer. It didn’t absorb or blend on my face. I had an immediate response from customer service supplying a mailing label for return
I absolutely love all the other products. Couldn’t believe how easy the eyebrow shaper is and looks great. Very satisfied with these products

I purchased a trio eye shadow which seemed to blend into the colours easily. Upon contacting LFF they immediately said they would despatch another trio and to not send back the original. Unfortunately our post person tried to deliver the package to an incorrect address and it was refused and returned to LFF. When I spoke to them about this, they immediately resent me another trio. Fantastic service and the extra expense they were put to caused by an inefficient post person was absorbed by them. Unheard of in these times. Well done Tricia and the LFF team.

Purchased Soft Eyeliner propelling pencil, in soft grey. Really disappointed. After an hour there is no definition of the liner at all, just a smudge of grey and a tired look about my eyes.
Will revert to my liquid eye liner that lasts most of the day.
Unfortunately, this purchase was a waste of money and does not do the job it is supposed to do.

I bought the no shimmer eye shade trio in soft neutral. It is natural, great quality, and the tips on how to apply it were brilliant.

I am fairly new to Look Fabulous Forever so have only tried a few products as yet but am pleased with those that I have.

I needed to contact their customer service about a minor problem when placing my first order and I was impressed that their reply was both speedy and helpful.

I have placed two orders so far and, again, the speed of delivery from point of order to arrival at my address was unbelievably fast. The items were well packed in sturdy little cardboard boxes and protective tissue paper and delivered by Royal Mail.

My experience of Look Fabulous Forever so far has been very good. The website is easy to use and there are are lots of very helpful video tutorials to watch which demonstrate how to use their products to best advantage.

They are friendly and helpful and I will certainly have no hesitation about ordering from them again.

This company really do go above and beyond with their customer service. I highly recommend them.

I have been a LFF customer for some time and I love the Smooth Like Silk face primer Because it is SO good I assumed it was fine for my eyes and lips too How wrong I was !
Having watched a tutorial from Tricia I purchased the Smooth Out eye primer and yesterday my Never Feather lip primer arrived Wow!
They both have made such a positive impact My eye make up looked amazing all day and I only reapplied my lipstick once in the evening before I went out ( not because it was needed , more out of habit if I’m honest)

Just discovered LFF and made my first purchase. I'm 69 yrs old and have been struggling to find cosmetics to suit me in recent years. I love the eyebrow make up in grey and the mascara in black. I will definitely be ordering more products soon. Well packaged and fast free delivery. Excellent tutorials too.

The website is user friendly & the tutorial links are very interesting & helpful offering great suggestions. I have ordered all primer products & concealer which I’ve been delighted with, especially the Smooth Like Silk face primer which is so light & makes the skin feel really soft. I have only recently found this company & am very impressed. I have stage 4 cancer & am presently on a gruelling trial of chemotherapy where everything has been adversely affected including my skin. The products have been great and giving me back a bit of confidence. My daughter came yesterday & the first thing she said was how good my makeup looked!
I only had one issue and that was with the eyebrow filler ( having lost mine).Unfortunately, the packaging was faulty & the top broken off meaning when I took it out of the box it went all over me. As I am bed bound just now happily it was just my PJs & bedding affected and the stains came out after a few goes in the washing machine! Had it not been for that I would have been giving this a five star review. I will certainly be telling other women in my position about this company. McMillan do recommend products but I’m not
impressed by what I’ve had.
Customer service responded promptly to me complaint & are looking into now.
