Another company that persists in spamming you ages after you've unsubscribed from their rubbish

This is a very bad company I’ve had nothing but problems since ordering a 21.00 parcel . They used relay delivery who apparently left a parcel to a locked business with gates around locked at 7pm Friday evening . They took a picture that is blank and shows nothing . Relay emailed me accepting full responsibility telling me to claim with look fantastic for a refund . I’ve basically had investigations team message me in my account saying gos shows delivered to the property and the picture too , yet it’s a blank picture . I did not say relay could leave in safe place so it should have been returned to look fantastic . Basically they put in this message police might need to get involved etc etc . Your pathetic little rip off merchants look fantastic UK . All the other reviews say the same too . They not given a refund for something I’ve not received that is not left near the business or not left with neighbours . Disgusting AVOID AT ALL COSTS-PEOPLE . Shop with just my look instead they are better and have proper customer service too

delayed parcel and poor customer service

My order was 5 items I have been sent a email saying they are refunding me my order and it only shows 3 items so will have to contact them AGAIN to get full refund this is the worst customer service ever!

I order regularly from LookFantastic UK . I just had a problem with goods damaged in transit. Tasha provided me with prompt, efficient help to solve the problem. She was so helpful and courteous, sorting out the matter without unnecessary delay or further inconvenience to me. Well done and Thank You so much Tasha!
