Absolute Worst Experience – Orders Delayed, Then Cancelled:
I have had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Look Fantastic. I placed three separate orders on **March 27th, March 31st, and April 9th**. Since March 27th, I have been constantly chasing customer service for updates.
Every agent I spoke to gave me a completely different story. I was told there was an "investigation" ongoing and that my orders would ship as soon as it closed. I repeatedly informed them that **I am flying out of the country on April 23rd** and needed my items before then. Each time, I was assured that I would receive them.
Instead, yesterday I discovered my order was suddenly **cancelled** because items were "out of stock." When I placed a new order and asked an agent to verify stock availability so I could cancel any unavailable items, I was assured everything was fine—only for that agent to disappear and be replaced by another who told me they couldn’t guarantee anything.
**My main issues:**
* **False Advertising:** Why are items showing as "available" on the website if they are out of stock?
* **Broken Promises:** Your website claims **5–7 working days** for delivery, yet it has been over 15 working days with no delivery in sight.
* **Poor Logistics:** The international courier you use is pathetic. There is no way to contact them to speed up a delivery or get a real update.
This has been the worst shopping experience. To cancel orders after weeks of "investigations" and reassurances is highly unprofessional. I am leaving the country in a few days and now have none of the items I paid for weeks ago. **Highly pathetic and completely unreliable and time wasting.**

An item I ordered was missing from the order of 3 items with no advice whatsoever from you. I had to enquire about it and it was then you advised there was a problem with the item during processing and that you would investigate further.
You subsequently advised the item was out of stock and my order was cancelled. This was only a couple of days ago and to my surprise, I saw it listed on your online shop as 'in stock'.
Not good customer experience.

never again. its hard to believe how one order could completely ruin brand perception. not sure if their products are original. products were split into 2 packages. i had to pay duties for, i had no idea at the time of placing an order. i think due to logistics, products have either got spoilt or just fake. never again

Unexpected additional delivery charge after already paying AED 100. If this is customs/clearance, it should be clearly communicated upfront. This impacts trust.
