Suspected Counterfeit or Defective Kérastase Products
I tried to contact Lookfantastic’s customer support to report my problem, and they told me they couldn’t help me. I complained because I believe the products may have been counterfeit, as I bought the complete Kérastase Nutritive range: the shampoo, mask and conditioner from the Nutritive range, and the hair oil from the Gloss Absolu range. I used them and my hair became terrible — extremely dry and with A LOT of frizz. I paid a lot of money for these products, and my hair got 100% worse after using them. I contacted them to complain, and they said they couldn’t do anything to help me because I had already used the products. But obviously I used them — how was I supposed to know they were fake and of such terrible quality??? I just want my money back.

My order was apparently attempted to be delivered ... i was at home all day the same day and i have a postal box .. and received an email to say they were unable to deliver... so now i have no delivery which was a birthday present and i now have to try figure out where this pick up destination is after paying for delivery!! very disappointed will not be ordering again from this company! Better servives out there with same products.
