Absolute Dire of a Company

If I could give this company a minus 5 then I would.
Absolutely awful & stressful experience from start to finish with this company.
In a nutshell.............
Ordered on line, no facility to input my postcode. Order confirmation without postcode confirmed. Parcel delivered to the wrong postcode after receiving notification that the parcel had been delivered.
Now this is where all thd fun & games started..............

Contact us on Live Chat.......even bigger joke
Tried every way known to man to contact someone.
Eventually I did get through via X & carried out the steps advised.
Immediately after giving the information I start getting calls from Nigeria, America all trying to scam me.
Download this app & click on credit card payment for your refund they said......yeah right course I will.
The website is unfit fir purpose. The customer services are probably AI controlled so you get nowhere or sent from pillar to post.
My advice to you is AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
Pathetic.

Never revived refund

I’ve been waiting for a refund from LookFantastic for months after the item I ordered was no longer available, and still haven’t received it. Every time I contact them I’m told I will receive it in 3-5 working days but never do.

Looks Fantastic

Wish I had looked on Trust Pilot. They had my information but they sent it to the incorrect postcode but to my address wrong postcode I contacted them. They said my fault no refund. Someone called Josh who I reckon is AI. I contacted Evri told them the postcode was incorrect as I get many deliveries from Evri, and they seem to have taken no notice as well. They refer you back to the original source they seller who is their client although looks fantastic deny it is their fault in any way shape or form so people do not buy from them they are a scam. trust pilot, please can we have a minus?

Disappointed, do not use

I ordered gifts on Dec 18th and received an email saying they would be delivered the 21st. I chased and chased them on the 23rd and 24th and they never arrived. Finally they came on Dec 27th. When I complained I was offered £5 off my next purchase (to use within 30 days). What an absolute disgrace. Do not use. In future I will go and support the local businesses and not waste my time or money with Look Fantastic. What an insult

Almost ordered from here

Almost ordered from here; until I found that many people had mistakenly reviewed this company under 'LooksFantastic' instead of 'lookfantastic'. The plural s makes a difference - here you see all the bad reviews. So I personally will order my product from somewhere else. Thanks everyone for your honest reviews. Shame the company was misspelt because under their actual name - lookfantastic - they look like a brilliant company.

Scam company

Absolutely di not order from these lying, cheating cowboys I ordered nearly £100 of goods for my wife on the 11-11-24 still nothing no way to speak to anyone keeps telling me via an automated system goods in transit and now goods lost in transit evri won't respond please read reviews don't waste your time and money boots have most of these products and same price this company needs investigating if order anything and are expecting it for a gift for Xmas please don't be disappointed and spend your money somewhere else it's now the 23-11-24and nothing no apologies and £95 out of pocket it would of been-0 out of ten this is not a one off read other reviews this company is scamming people and there getting away with it you have been warned beware.

Incorrect Advert and no refund

I ordered a holiday gift set from the Alfaparf range which contained three items. Upon receiving my order I had noticed I was missing 1/3 of the items included in the set. When I spoke with their IT agent they said there was an issue with the marketing team on their website and they had used the wrong image and product description. I over paid for a gift set which I could have bought for 10 pounds cheaper.
They couldnt offer me the missing product or store credit for me to purchase the missing product myself, and also wouldnt refund me the difference between the gift sets as a "gift bag" was included in the price of my misadvertised set.
They gave me a 10% discount code which I cant even use on holiday items. Absolutely waste of time and shit IT customer service.

I placed an order a week ago & my…

I placed an order a week ago & my parcel hasn't arrived, the tracking just keeps saying its in transit. When I spoke to an advisor, they couldn't tell me why it was delayed or when it would arrive. I was just told over & over again that my tracking was updated yesterday. Terrible service, would not recommend using this company.

If I could give a minus score to look fantastic I most definitely would, The number of times iv contacted them to say my order was not delivered despite being told it would be, there is not 1 single component person employed in this lying cheating company. . Please please do not purchase from this company , you won’t get your order nor will you get your money back, I have looked at the amount of bad reviews this so called company has had and I should have read them before I ordered, there is no live telephone number , everything is automated

The worst Customer Service

The worst Customer Service. Ordered items took nearly 4 weeks to deliver. Had to pay an extra £80 on £157 worth of goods when they were delivered. Parcel could not be tracked although website says it would be.
Complained and the response was bad to say the least. No apology. Not worth it.
Will not buy from them again.

Fast delivery

Ordered on Thursday and my ordered arrived the next day. The price was good.
The macara from Lancome was poor and clumps around your lashes. But that’s Lancôme’s fault so I wouldn’t buy that product again.
All in all happy with the experience and would use Looksfantastic again.

Terrible customer service

shocking customer service! I have been going back and forth with customer service since 7/12 where I paid for a £110 bottle of perfume that I still haven’t received and it’s still not been dispatched! They won’t cancel the order so I can buy it elsewhere and they are doing nothing to resolve my problem and making sure the perfume arrives in time for Christmas.

Shocking Customer Serviceving place my orders and waited for…

Having place my orders and waited for delivery I have then received notification my order has been delayed. Upon attempting to check I was told to wait 24 to 48 hours for an update. No update received and upon attempting to chase the only option was via live chat. This was a drawn out and painful conversation which resulted in me being told by Loe that he was sorry that I was disappointed, as he would be too, but there was absolutely nothing he could do for me.
Absolutely shocking customer service!!!

Scam

Scam. For some reason part of my advent calendar was delivered wrong address under my name. It is a very usual name so I know the person who is enjoying my products is fraudulent. No customer service as I have been told I have to drive to this address and retrieve the products myself ? Never experienced such scam. Do not order

I ordered a NARS foundation which was…

I ordered a NARS foundation which was discounted. Received an email saying it had been delivered by Royal Mail while I was out at work. Got home no delivery, no card from RM and no proof of delivery. Cannot get through to Looks Fantastic as is completely automated its customer service (all chat bots). Will now have to dispute with my bank. First and last time I use them

0 stars! I was gifted a voucher from a family member for xmas and it was faulty, despite contacting customer services several times and making several complaints, I get told it will be escalated and resolved within 3-5 days or asap and then never hear anything again! Absolutely pointless having a customer services department!!! Even If we do eventually get a refund for the voucher I will NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN! Wish I’d read all the recent reviews and comments from out of pocket customers on their social media before asking for a voucher
