I would like to acknowledge my total satisfaction in the way your supervisor Marcellus King handled the matter of recovering the refund of our money from Japan Air for a flight they cancelled.

Marcellus was professional in his approach, his voice tone, and his ability to collect facts. He assured me he would do everything in his power to recover as much of the cost as he could for us.

The most important facet of Marcellus was his honesty, and I believe he spoke the truth to me about the situation. I was impressed with his communication and thoroughness with his questions when talking to the representative from Japan Air.

It is my opinion that Marcellus deserves to be promoted to the highest level possible in order to benefit your company and I hope that my review contributes to his successful promotion.

I thought I got a good deal till I looked at my credit card and found they charged me for my flights taxes and insurance. Then on a separate charge there was an agent fee. So I feel if they were being honest they would have put there agent fee on with the booking.

I was so pleased with Lookupfare. Marcellus King was very patient and informative. He explained the different fares and answered all of my questions. He returned all my calls. I know I was skeptical at first and difficult to convince but he was kind and professional throughout the entire process. I will recommend your company to my friends and use you again.

Through my not paying attention to the fine print, I bought my ticket through a US agent. They responded very quickly to my concerns. I was offered a full refund but refused since I need the flights. They are sending me a small remuneration which I appreciate. Amazing customer service!

Promise the world...deliver nothing promised. On more than one occasion I had to follow up with them on flights and seats never delivered. I had to go direct to the airline to get the seats I was promised the night before I was to leave. I wish I had never started a reservation with this group. Too much to lose!

Sonya Ray is an awesome individual!!! she helped me fix an issue caused by another ticket salesman that would have ruined 7 weeks in Europe!! She took the time to work through all the roadblocks and got everything sorted out!! She worked with me for several hours to give me and my daughter the vacation of a lifetime. Can you imagine someone selling you an international ticket that did not allow you to take luggage!! Well it happened to me and after all of her work and discussions with others she got it all worked out and now my daughter gets to celebrate graduating from college in London with family!!!

I had a terrible experience with this company. They were unwilling to work with me on my flight. They called and emailed me about a problem with my reservation. I was unavailable for the call but called back as soon as possible. I cleared up the problem. The next day while at work, they called again. This time to tell me know that the fare had gone up since I had originally booked almost 48 hours before. When I talked to their agent the day before I was assured that I would receive the same fare price as when I booked. Not only did they not give me the same fare, they tried to sell me a higher fare than I could receive online through the airline. The agent insisted she was giving me a great discount. I did not book with them but saved my money and bought my tickets through the airline. I will never use this company again.

I am very leery in conducting business over the internet. I called your company and it was a pleasure speaking with Patrick Smith. Patrick was patient, professional and had a sense of humour. I have never used this process before to book a flight, therefore I cannot speak to the my flight experience until I return. However, I can speak to the professionalism of Patrick Smith. He provided the information requested and was extremely helpful in assisting us in booking a flight for our upcoming cruise. He deserves 10 stars. Upon my return, I will give you our opinion based on how our checking in process will be.
