I have had the app for a while now, and its really helpful, in showing me cost and how much electric I'm using! Easy to read and it spot on with accuracy. Are you going to do it with gas next, that be Really helpful!

Great, interesting and valuable piece of software BUT -and this is a but that may freeze people out before they begin -the display is not eyesight friendly,
Firstly, a lot of text is red - the most difficult colour to see. 8% males have re-green colour blindness and my dyslexic daughter (not colour blind) sees red text as a blur.
Secondly, the text has a wide variety of sizes. When I had an issue with my password I went through several cycles of entering a new one before I saw the tiny, red messages "Passwords don't match", "Password needs upper/lower case, number/ symbol)" which I needed a hand lens to read on my phone!
So please, be kind to the half-blind geriatrics like me that try to keep up with modern times, and also look at websites that give advice on readability for the partially sighted.

I think this app is brilliant, well done guys, it makes it much easier to monitor your electricity usage, I have economy 7 with night storage heaters and by looking at this app made it very clear how expensive they are to use, it recognises your smart meter and the tariff you're on so it is accurate, I recommend this, I check it all the time, first class.

I recently had smart meters installed, and the smart display provided was difficult to use and clunky. I did consider buying a different display, but thought I'd see if there were any apps available first. Came across this one (Loop), and find it very useful. Gas data updated very quickly, electricity took a day or so. Very easy to use, the app is clear and simple. Helps me manage my energy usage. Look forward to seeing how they develop this app.

Had trouble with my Smart Meter display supplied with my Smart Meter, down loaded Loop on to my phone.
They had trouble making contact with my smart meter to start with, they advised me they woud get in touch as soon as they had made the connection.
True to their word, received e-mail soon after advising me they had made connection. Great tool.

Great app, works a treat with my smart appliances, can’t fault it

Enables gas and electricity usage to be monitored with varying levels of granularity - by month, week, day, or even down to 30-minute periods during the day, thus providing pointers towards periods where energy usage is highest. Doesn't work in real time, so you can't see how much energy is being used at that moment (e.g. to test the effect of switching appliances on and off, you need an energy monitor for that). However, the data is updated every few hours so you can get a very up-to-date picture.
The only shortcoming for us is the lack of any direct access to meter readings: I'm guessing this information must be accessible as it presumably drives the output data. This would be helpful as our meters are not easily accessible; taking readings from the app would be much easier when suppliers ask for (or we want to provide) monthly readings, and also to cross-check against recorded readings on monthly energy statements.
Other than that, well done Loop!

Horrible app, constantly asking me to login in and verify address. Doesn’t update in real time and yesterday we had a power cut for 8 hours but loop showed that we used 120kwh while the power wasn’t on. Something clearly not right

Loop has most of what we need to manage our energy and our costs.
We understand that it is a developing business and wish it well.
We look forward to its future iterations which will help us better manage our energy.

One of the most useful apps I've come across. Works very well - even works when my smart meter doesn't. It's great that you can review your usage hour by hour, really helps you identify potential savings. Highly recommend :))

Takes a day or too to properly catch up but once it does it really helps keep an eye on usage, even works with Alexa

The Loop App is very clear, easy to use & highlights where our peak/high usage is etc.
If you've got a smart meter get the Loop App.
Don't understand why my Energy supplier can't provide the same info you get with Loop as it's coming off the same smart meter.
Loop can't physically save you money but it does help you think about where you could start saving

Having fitted a new E.On smart meter, it saved having to submit readings, but it was frustrating not knowing the more detailed data that must be there - Loop solved all of that. App works very smoothly and all data can now be seen for each individual day, as both power consumed and money spent. Indispensable in a World of rising energy prices.

A great App where you can monitor hourly but retrospectively. Unfortunately cannot retrieve data for gas but that is service provider not updating THEIR smart device as required to enable 3rd parties such as Loop to retrieve. Other than that very helpful tips and tricks and so easy to use as my service provider refuses to supply a smart meter monitor in my newly purchased home. Even my supplier App cannot do what Loop can. I can better monitor usage and the hungry culprits and managed to dramatically reduce my phantom load. Highly recommend. Update-I now have my gas reading, my multiple complaints to my supplier must have worked. 5 stars to Loop.

I've used this app for almost a year. I was amazed when I first found it, I didn't know this was even possible. I Ind it far more useful than my smart meter in understanding our energy usage. And their "turn down and save" is a great incentive to reduce your energy bills at peak times and get paid for doing it.

Fantastic data. Very useful. Would be 5 star if it could read my gas usage too but technical difficulty...

I like the way I can see at a glance my usage and better still compare with previous months

Terrific app. Enables me to track my energy usage hour-by-hour - and it's much more reliable than the tracker supplied by my energy provider. Recommended.
