Loop gives the best independent history and insight into energy usage I have found on-line. Its comprehensive displays of gas and electricity usage history are easily navigated, up-to-date and adaptable (in the case of electricity) to allow simulation over a long period of what benefits a solar power installation can offer. Get it!

Been using loop for a few months now and find it easy to use. It was slow at first but is now much quicker.

I can't say it has helped me a lot as I read my meter at least once a day whenever possible but it is a useful addition to a smart meter as it gives more history and is available wherever I am.

I would like to see usage shown to 0.1 of a Kwh.

Easy, if a little slow, to use. The data is accurate, and shows energy consumption by hour, day, week and month. Over the last year it has helped us save quite a bit of money, several tens of pounds, by acting on the information it provides.

A nice and useful app, easy to use and install.

Excellent initiative and provides much better overview and detail of electricity and gas use.

I enjoy using loop because it’s easy to understand easy to read and links very well with our smart meter, giving me a more comprehensive view of energy usage

Very easy to use system, and useful for monitoring and reducing usage. I couldn't get an in-house-display to work, so this was a great alternative, and free

Excellent, my smart meter is in another part of the building so my IHD receives an intermittent signal but the Loop app. gives me up-to-date information about my energy usage. The app. is easy to install and use, and doesn't bombard me with annoying ads.

A great app for saving money on gas and especially electricity.

All good at helping to see usage, but needs to be able to reflect when Ev tarrif at night (cost ) on cheaper rate,as at the moment you can't do that.

Great app that works well. It's a lot more convenient that trying to see past data on the IHD.

Installed the app but can't get data newer than 361 days ago.

I use the app every week to check on our electricity useage. We have been trying to cut our phantom load and improve our use of electricity. It has been brilliant to show us how we have improved our energy efficiency.

The app is very useful as my in home display broke and my energy provider have failed to keep their promise to send me a replacement. It gives all the info I need to keep my eye on energy usage.

The App is very useful for checking daily usage of gas and electric and phantom load. It’s made me turn things off when I don’t need them. Not sure how much I’ve saved. And I’ve yet to investigate investment in solar panels etc.

Great app for my electric usage. there are lots of features on the app also, but i only need to monitor my electric. Did purchase a smets 1 device before this app, but it would not work (distance between wifi router and meter position) this app works perfect.

I was sceptical aabout this app at first. Free to use etc. Having installed it I'm now able to see things far more clearly and have a better oversight of my usage. The historical information is great to see consumption and something not possible as easily even with a SMETS 2 meter and IHDU.
Great seasonal information giving hints and tips to keep bills down. A great app and service. It really is something for nothing. Bravo to the Loop team.
