I ordered 3 of the big chunky blankets. They are awful. If you pick them up they fall apart. I ordered them in December for Christmas present. I called when they said they would be 25 days for shipping to cancel my order. They said I could not return them since they were shipped. Never called me back or answered emeails.I finally recieved them the last of February. They didn't care when I got them or answer my request for more information. They said, I could return them, at my cost, but instead of shipping them back to NJ, I had to send them to China. They were awful to work with. Horrible customer service and the blankets were awful. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Loosely Store is a total scam. The chunky blanket looks great in photos, but it's overpriced garbage. Made of scratchy plastic fibers and quickly falls apart. You wouldn't want this thing touching your skin. Sheds more than a dying dog. Pieces of it all over my house. The fibers may have ruined my vacuum. Oh, and they missed Christmas delivery by a mile. Their vague responses to customers are criminal. Refund/return process nearly impossible and expensive by design. This company needs to be put down.

I was thrilled with my block t shirt dress. It did take some weeks to arrive, more than expected and tracking wasn't very accurate, but it arrived finally (7 weeks) and dress is great!

Between shipping that took forever and the terrible quality of the blanket, it’s awful. Does it keep you warm? Yes, but it looks so cheap, nothing like the pictures, and it pulls apart and sheds. Waste of money. Please don’t even bother.

I purchased a blanket online in early December for a Christmas gift... it did not even have to arrive before Christmas. I needed for a Jan 7 party. It has taken 2 months and multiple blow-off exchanges with their customer service. Thankfully, after 2 months the blanket was located and sent to our house, as they never refunded the $200 I paid during the fiasco of it being lost. horrible customer service responses. if you buy from here, be prepared to get scammed. there are horrible reviews, I wish I would have known sooner. The blanket actually sells for $50 on other sites.

It took several months before ordered throw arrived. Poorly made, fuchsia instead of pale pink, not soft. Got a 'great' deal for half price. I can return in 15 days to China to get a refund which will cost minimum $60.

I ordered 2 chunky blankets for the sofas back in early November. They took 5 weeks to arrive, and when they finally arrived they were not at all the sort of quality I was expecting. In fact I think I may well frog them at some point and reknit them.

It's proved very difficult to keep them looking good for any length of time. I've only had the blankets for a few weeks due to the extremely long delivery delay on them (I waited about 5 weeks, and on the day I ordered I tried to change the colour of one but although this request was acknowledged, when the blankets arrived they had not taken this alteration into account).

The yarn itself looks very acrylicky and pills/sheds awfully. I'm endlessly picking fluff off the sofa. If you put the two blankets near each other, they shed onto each other.

Furthermore, although I ordered two blankets of the same size, they weren't really the same size at all. I thought it was just that they'd been compressed in the packaging, and they can sort of be pulled into roughly the same shape and size, but I wouldn't say the sizings are standardised at all.

I don't think I'd buy them again, and the customer service wasn't at all good- although they eventually acknowledged my communications about the colour, they didn't actually act on my request despite the massive delay in delivering the blankets. I wouldn't recommend anyone do what I did and buy them in haste without googling the company first.

I ordered a chunky blanket for a Christmas gift in October and received it on the 19th of December . When our daughtered opened it the stitches were uneven, some were smaller and tighter than the loose stitches. The end of the blanket wasn’t finished . It was like the last stitch was cut from the machine and wrapped up. So with that the blanket started to unravel.
Color ordered was not the color of blanket received . Ordered a gray blanket and received a light purple. Due to it taking over 2 months to receive the blanket I did not send it back or reorder. All I can say is that this company is a scam and should be shut down.

SCAM COMPANY! My experience was identical to the others reported on this site. I ordered a large chunky blanket for a Christmas gift from the website on 12/6/2017 with an advertised "guaranteed" delivery time of within eight days. When I got to the checkout page, the delivery time frame was longer--stated to be within 18 days. Order and tracking status updates by email were promised. Luckily, I paid through PayPal. When I had not received the item by late January, and had received no updates or contacts from the seller, I called the customer service number provided on the Loosely Store website, and the company representative told me that they had had to cancel my order because of problems with one of their Hong Kong suppliers, and then had reordered it from another supplier. She assured me that it was being shipped from Hong Kong and gave me a UPS tracking number. When I tried to check the package shipping status on the UPS website, i found out the tracking number was fake. I tried to call the seller back multiple times, but no one answered the phone. I contacted PayPal to file a claim and request a refund. PayPal contacted the seller, who then finally shipped the package from China in February. The "blanket" I received was the size of a crib blanket. The yarn was of such poor quality it literally shredded into pieces when touched. I reported this to PayPal and requested to return the item for a full refund of $77. PayPal contacted the seller, who sent a return address in Spain with no offer to pay for the return shipping. I contacted UPS, who quoted an international shipping cost of $309. I then reported this to PayPal, who offered to refund my money without requiring me to return the item. The amount of time, effort, and frustration involved in this fiasco was vastly greater than the item was worth, but I derived great satisfaction from preventing these people from getting away with it, at least in my case. If it were not for PayPal's great customer service policy, I would have been scammed just like everybody else on this page.

I wish I had seen this site before I ordered from Loosely. I ordered the chunky knit blanket as a gift on Dec 3rd and was supposed to deliver in 12-18 days. The blanket didn't arrive for nearly 3 months and it looked nothing like the picture and was damaged. I contacted the company but they said I could only get a refund if I returned the product within 15 days of receipt to their address is *China*. They do not provide a return shipping label and state that it is the customer's expense to return the goods to them. Return flat-rate shipping to China is between $33 - 72. I have demanded a refund without a return with no reply. Please do not order from this company. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. If all 700+ people on here will please kindly do the same we can get them hopefully kicked off their merchant gateway.

This review almost mirrors the one from Debbie Baker, but a little more drastic! I ordered a chunky knit throw on December 4, for my friends for a Christmas gift. I thought it would be a great addition to their living room sofa on a cold winter night, since it was supposed to be made of Merino wool. I received an email about a week are so later that it had shipped, that I should allow 15 business days for it to arrive, that would have made it around New Years, which I was none to happy about, but it was going to be then before I saw them to give it to them anyway so that wasn't very upsetting. Mind you, I had still received no tracking number, which is pretty customary these days especially around the holidays. so I emailed them. Days went by and no response, so I emailed again this time my speech was slightly more aggressive as I was geting more and more angry with each day that passed. I basically said where the hell is my package? In the meantime I tried to call a number that was on the first email and nothing. Kept trying and finally got an answering machine where I left a slightly nasty message. By this time it is mid January. More days went by and I finally received an email apologizing for the delay and saying my package was in route, still no estimated time of arrival but they did provide a tracking number. Checked it and it sat in the same place for a least another two weeks. sent another email and after a day or so received another apology explaining that they were bombarded with orders during the holidays and there was some problem with their carrier,blah, blah, blah! I finally started the fraud process with my CC company.
Finally about a week ago the package shows up. Soft throw but smelled funny, so I aired it out, by the way I think the sheep knitted the throw, looked awful! But I rolled it up and gave it to my friends anyway. They reluctantly said how nice it was. Spoke with my friends today and one said he covered up with it on the sofa a night or so ago and he started to itch and sneeze like crazy, he is not allergic to wool but is to acrylic and synthetics. I apologized and told them to throw it in the trash. What a waste of money, my time and effort and in addition makes me look like an idiot to my friends. These people should be banned from ever selling anything to anyone! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!

These people are scam artists. They'll respond to your emails but not act like a real retailer—no assurances of possible refunds, no assurances your package will get to you on time, if ever. They just keep telling you to wait and wait, no matter how adamant you are you'd like to cancel and refund. They refuse. They're the worst. The worst.

They should not even receive a 1 star. The absolute WORST company I have EVER dealt with. Incredibly dishonest. I tried multiple times to cancel my order since I had not received it after 3 months of ordering. Once I finally tried via my cc then they sent the product. The product was horrible and the quality was not as advertised.

I don’t even want to give one star. Horrible company. I should have known when they didn’t even have a phone number. I received a towel not a blanket. They completely ripped me off. Gave me 48 hours to return, and of course we were out of town.

Received blanket after 2 1/2 months, torn package and blanket. Cheaply done. They don’t reimburse you for shipping so I paid $81.80 to return a $200 package. Company is a scam.

Buyer beware!! I ordered 2 of the chunky cable knit blankets from Loosely for Christmas it is 3 months later and they still haven't arrived. The company offers no explanation, just that they are "still in transit". I believe that this company is a scam and that there is not product at all. I have ordered other products from the UK that arrive within 10 days and offer tracking of the product. When I asked for a refund, they flat out refused and said they could only issue a refund for a returned product....a product that I have never actually receive. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered the Chinky Knitted Blanket and Chunky Knit turtleneck sweater in the middle of December; received the items last week. Both are terrible! The blanket has at least 20 frayed sections and the turtleneck is not a turtleneck, at all and there is a hole at the neck. When I called to get replacements per their return policy, I was told I could get a refund if I send the items back, but I could not get replacements. Found out this morning that it would cost $71.15 to send the items back!!! Now, I am out the money I spent for items and I can't wear or use either item,.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Avoid ordering from this store at all cost, I ordered a blanket that was supposed to be twin size and it came and it is the size of a placemat. I ordered it in October and it just came. Soo disappointing. They ship from somewhere in China. Beware, you will let ripped officers

Much like the other reviews, this Company appears to be a scam. You do get a product, but mine came 10 weeks later AND only AFTER I raised a PayPal dispute.

I ordered a chunky Knit blanket, which was by my fault, a small size. It would fit in a cradle for a doll. Not only was it $45+; it has a horrible chemical odor.

I also purchased a tote bag that looks like something I can buy at Walmart. Paid $50 for that too.

Not disputing how I can return for a full refund.

Unfortunately, the items came "smooshed" in a shipping envelope from China without a recipt.

An absolute scam. The product was received 2 months late, incorrect size, and wrong color. The customer service is more loyal to their income than the customer to acknowledge the error or even the ability to return the product for credit.
