Awful all around! I ordered a white chunky knit blanket the size of a queen, it was delivered months later and it was the size of a small hand towel! I felt so fooled and betrayed! It looked cheap and was not even good quality! This bath mat look alike was so cheaply made, the cotton was falling apart! Do not order from this website! I see the reviews on their web page and shake my head in disgust, seems like the company posted those reviews to fool you just as the blanket on the website fooled me! I’m wondering how many costumers got the same size blanket that I did, so tiny it wouldn’t even cover my legs and I’m 4’11, I seriously was in such disbelief! Such a dishonest website, I’m so very disappointed and feel completely betrayed! Everything looks so very nice on their page, but it’s just to entice you to buy their products! Stores like this should not stay in business! Honesty and quality is everything! They lack both!

DO. NOT BUY FROM LOOSEY STORE!! I ordered a big knitted blanket on December 15th and it did not get delivered until FEBUARY 21st!! I emailed them over and over again and got the same sketchy 3rd party shipping website that gave Zero details on my order. They would not issue a refund and could not tell me where my package was for 2 months. Never tried to make things better, just responded with generic emails with useless untrackable numbers.

Like many others if I could write 1* I would! WORST company/customer service ever! Not only did it take 3+ months to get what I ordered, they didn't even resemble the pics! I have contacted customer service so many times! They told me I could return but would need to pay for shipping to China. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I would put zero stars if that was an option. It is like Deja Vu when I read the below reviews. My order was over a month past the date I was promised and then to top it off it was horrible quality. You could not even touch this blanket without it pulling apart. The material stuck to your hands like bad nylon cotton balls. The nylon (or what-ever it is was made of) is like the stuffing out of a throw pillow or batting on something quilted. The ends where unfinished as well. I paid over $90 for it and it wasn't even worth the shipping they charge. Very disappointed.

Watch out after I called twice and told them I know they are a scam they wouldn't answer my phone calls. Right after they couldn't answer mine I called from my boyfriend's phone and they answered right away.
Left a review on their page and oddly enough it never appeared.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had the same rotten experience as everyone else.

I waited 12 weeks for a blanket that was expected ‘8 - 15 days’ after ordering. Customer service is a joke, I have over twenty emails going back and forth with them regarding the status of my order. They sent me cut and paste emails saying my order was on the way but couldn’t provide me with a tracking number.

When the blanket shows up, it the wrong size and of falsely advertised quality both in the "yarn" used (which is actually a cheap synthetic yarn) but also the weave was ridiculously loose, not as shown in their online photos.

I've sent 6 emails to their customer service asking which company verifies their online reviews because obviously, they are not being honest about customer experiences and guess what? I have not received a response from them – not even a cut and paste answer.

I encourage you to submit a BBB (Better Business Bureau) complaint. If enough of us submit them, perhaps this SCAM will finally be shut down.

I ordered the chunky knit blanket for a christmas gift in the middle of December - knowing it would be late, however Loosely said it would arrive early January. This was acceptable to me. I received an email on December 19 saying the product was shipped and should arrive in 12-18 days. I am not sure where it was coming from (At this point I assume Antarctica?) because I received it TODAY! It is March 9, 2018. I don’t know how this company counts, but my education tells me this is slightly longer than 12-18 days. Emails were responded to promptly but always the same answer “it is on its way”. Never any attempt at fixing the issue, no offer of a discount or money back or anything. The blanket arrived and is disappointing. Shoddy workmanship and cheap material. I honestly could have made a nicer blanket myself and had it done faster than the time this took. Ridiculous. Way overpriced for what was eventually received. Will never order from here again and have told them so.

SCAM If I could give this company negative stars I would. I ordered 2 of their chunky knit blankets for Christmas gifts in Nov. They arrived in small vacuum-sealed envelops. RED FLAG! I wish I could post pictures of the wad of cheap yarn that I unpacked. It wasn't even tied or finished on the end & was smaller than a small throw rug. The yarn was cheap synthetic and the packing label said the value was $10. But I paid $89. I immediately took pictures and followed all the directions for a refund I paid $36. additional to ship back to KOREA on DEC 14. Website says it can take up to 15 days. It is MARCH 9th and I email every week to be told it's in transit, send proof I shipped (done that twice), NOW I'm told send proof it was delivered to their distribution center in China. Anyone up for a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT?

Zero stars if I could. Such a scam website. I ordered a blanket and they sent me a piece of fabric that was the size of a 1/8 the size of it. When I contacted them they said it was past the deadline even though the product came a month late. Fake telephone number on website.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This is complete garbage! They ship you a blanket this is so poorly made and not at all as advertised! They allow you to ship it back, but make you pay $35 to ship it back and DO NOT refund you the money for shipping! SO basically you should just go throw away $35 if you want to buy this blanket! I can't say it enough DO NO DO IT!

Exactly what everyone is saying!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! Total scam! They take your money and you don't get your product!

Stay away from purchasing anything from this store. If you want to return anything they give you an address in China which makes shipping costs so high that it isn't worth trying to get a refund.

If I could give a zero rating I would. Awful scam, they play the delay, delay, delay game. My wife was fortunate enough to contact the credit card company and have the charges reversed after 3 months of delays. This company knows that credit card companies will not entertain payment disputes older than 120 days (4 months) so they string customers along until that deadline. Do not buy anything from Loosely!!!

This was possibly my worst online shopping experience ever. I ordered two of the blankets and they are NOT at all what they advertise. Buyers be warned - they are not at all as advertised. The weave is so loose that you can see through it and the blankets are not even square. I've tried contacting them multiple times for a refund and no one responds. The phone number "is not assigned". Good luck if you take your chances - there's a very good chance you'll be ripped off.

Unacceptable. This place is a complete fraud. The review I gave the terrible $100 blanket, did not even show up. The item says "Be the first to review this product." However, on their website's dedicated "Review" page this piece of garbage received 5 stars from many reviewers.
Terrible communications, terrible shipping times-ordered 12/14, received late February, from HONG KONG. Now it is impossible to return. COMPLETE FRAUD. AVOID LOOSELY Store at all costs.

I wish I could rate this business with negative stars. Truly awful experience and horrible product. My package came containing only half of my order, the product looked soiled and came WET (yes, wet!) wrapped inside a double layer of plastic. The customer service agents also gave me the run around when I sought help from them. Please do not order from this merchant, you will be extremely disappointed. Also, won my claim against them with my credit card company.

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM HERE!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!! The WORST company I've EVER ordered from. What you get in the mail is a JOKE from what you see online. I ordered the chunky knit blanket and it came in 2 months later as a small piece of fabric falling apart at all 4 corners. The customer service was TERRIBLE! To get my refund, I would have to ship the product back to China on my own dollar, which would have cost me more than the product's refund! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

I am so sorry to report that I am another unhappy customer of the Loosely store. :( 158US down the drain, and Paypal refused my claim!.. My 2 knitted blankets ordered (that I finally received after more than 2 months) are of very poor quality (the fabric desintegrates at the slightest touch, like cotton candy) I actualy received a blue blanket instead of grey, and the size is smaller than what I ordered. I can't believe we cant count on Paypal, which was a security for me when shopping online, grrrr. I'm so upset that they got away with this.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I'm not sure if it's a outright scam or just terrible service, but I ordered a blanket from them on January 26th and it still hasn't arrived by March 5th. They claimed it would be shipped with a tracking number (which it wasn't), and should have arrived weeks ago (which it didn't). I'm now demanding my money back and they say they're "looking into it with their logistics team". I bought this for my fiance's birthday which has come and gone. I will never buy anything from these jokers again.

PURE SCAM , after 3 months never received anything!!!
