DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are a complete joke. The chunky blankets they sell look absolutely nothing like the picture they sell. They took 75 days to get the blanket to me - it was a Christmas present that arrived early February. Once I finally got around to opening the late present it was "too late" to return it. Every time I call, they put me on hold and "accidently" hang up on me. I repeat, save yourself the heartache and DO NOT ORDER FROM LOOSELY.

I wouldn't give them one star. I ordered the extreme chunky knitted blanket for my wife as a Christmas gift the 14th of December. Here it is March the 28th and no blanket and no way of speaking to a real person on the phone. Never seen anything like this, horrible business! I'd advise anyone not to do business with loosely!

My chunky blanket arrived 3 months after I ordered it. The packaging was damaged and blanket already beginning to fray. I asked for a full refund and was told I would need to ship the blanket back to China (427.00) before they could refund me my money. When I made them aware of the cost, they told me my time for a new blanket has lapsed and I was stuck with a damaged blanket!!!

I mesured my feet using their chart for sizes and the shoes that I got were too small (and hurt my feet). I'm hoping they'll send a size bigger. I have written to them by they didn't answer. The shoes look good though.

This company is a nightmare. I ordered 2 dresses and a leather bag. They did arrive after over 10 weeks but the quality is so poor I'm embarrassed to even consider wearing them. They reek of synthetic materials even though their website claims they are made of linen and cotton. I've never seen linen or cotton hang like these plastic garbage bag dresses. All of the tags are Chinese so I have no real idea what they are actually made of. I've been in communication with the company and they refuse to refund my money and accept the return because my receipt is older than 15 days... even though the shipping took over 10 weeks. I would advise against buying from this website.

I ordered 1 blanket on the 23/11/2017 and I'm still waiting it to arrive.
I have e-mailed several times and the only answer I get is they they are trying to find my order and it should arrive in a couple of days.
4 month later I'm still waiting.

I bought and paid for 2 blankets. They've sent me one. Blanket is garbage and not like pictured on their website. It's not a blanket, it's a more like a fishing net... They are unwillingly to refund the blanket that wasn't delivered so now in dispute with PayPal. I paid import duties on 2 blankets (didn't know there was only one in package). Delivered THREE months too late... Total ripp off. They also mention third party label "Trust Reviews" on their site.... googled on it... "trustreviews" doesn't exists.. Total scam. Don't buy from or trust these people.

I purchased two chunky knit blankets for my daughters for christmas. They literally have barely been used and are falling apart. The finished end isn't finished it is unraveling. It sheds everywhere. Chunks just fall off. Horrible product.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. We waited 2 months to receive their blankets and they are beyond terrible. They are not at all what they were advertised. DO NOT BUY THESE!

Same scammy story as everyone’s below. Placed an order for a chunky knit blanket over 5 weeks ago and wanted to have it to keep warm after cancer surgery. They keep sending the same “sincerely apologize- will follow up with our logistics team” emails and they give you fake fedex tracking #s. I am calling my credit card company tomorrow to have them revoke the charge. What a nightmare. DO NOT BUY- there’s a reason their product is half the price of everyone else’s. If it looks too good to be true, it is.

Terrible Customer Service!
If I could give them zero stars I would! I've been dealing with them since Thanksgiving! I ordered a blanket for an adult and came to me 2 months later, when promised 12-15 business days. It came in the size of a baby blanket! I tried to return and explain the mishap with zero assistance by customer service. I'm out $90 from them.

If I could give them zero stars I would! Its been 43 days since I ordered a blanket as a gift and was promised it in 12-18 days. They will not respond to emails and when they do, they've been giving me different tracking numbers each time! Please don't waste your time and money!

SCAM!!!! Trust me, Don’t even bother with this website. Bought a blanket and the blanket was terrible quality and it started falling apart immediately. Also didn’t get the item till 2 months later! Such a horrible company, I hope that they will not get business ever again. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Please do not order from this company. The blanket ordered came 1 month late. Multiple attempts were made to contact - unanswered.
When the blanket finally arrived, the quality was beyond horrible. Certainly not worth $5.00 let alone the $98.00 charged. We threw it away. I was not going to pay anymore to ship it back.
These people should be ashamed of themselves -scam.

This company is a complete SCAM! I also ordered the chunky knit blanket for a Christmas gift on Dec 2nd 2017. It arrived on my doorstep on February 7th, in a tattered package from China. After many attempts to reach to the company, all failed, and the same message over and over, about how they are trying, I filed a claim with PayPal since I used them for the purchase. Long story short-PayPal is insisting I spend $53. to ship this nasty, smelly, torn blanket to Spain, even though it did not come from Spain. Loosely Company has collected the money and is totally off the hook. This is fraud and they should be held accountable. I'm out $88.65 for a piece of yarn because I refuse to spend $53. to ship the product to Spain. I would rather burn this product than waste my time. DO NOT BUY FROM LOOSELY COMPANY!!!!! I am up for a class action law suit. Please let me know if you are too. This is criminal what these scammers are being allowed to do. I can't believe all the similar stories as mine. I am also cancelling my PayPal account. It has been months of trying to get them to help me, and they are closing my case, unless I ship this piece of trash to Spain. I'm so glad I didn't ship it, as I am reading that it takes months in transit as well. There is something very fishy going on here!

Ordered the chunky knit blanket to have it arrive over 3 weeks later. Very disappointed in quality of "yarn" as it shed all over, pilled and matted immediately. Went to return it only to find out it was over 30 days since purchase due to extremely late arrival. This item is overpriced awful quality. Don't buy from this store!!!

I too have had a horrific experience with this company. I ordered 1 large beige chunky blanket in November for a Christmas gift. Received a PINK blanket on Jan. 23rd after I consistently emailed them trying to get a status on the shipment. Minutes after receiving the wrong color blanket, I emailed the company who assured me they were shipping another one. Well, here we are - March 18th and still nothing. Still haunting them with emails with no responses. I emailed them requesting a full refund due to this poor experience and they actually replied - ASKED ME TO RETURN THE WRONG BLANKET TO CHINA, PAY FOR THE RETURN, AND THEN THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY UPON RECEIPT OF THE BLANKET - absolutely not!!! I am going to blanket every site possible with bad reviews so no one else has to go through this! DO NOT BUY FROM LOOSELY!!!

I wish I never purchased from them. Absolutely terrible. I ordered the blanket in November and I am still waiting for it (now March).

They customer service is awful. They keep repeating the same thing that they are doing everything they can to sort out my problem but have actually done nothing. They have not said where it is, why it's taking so long or anything. I just get the same request to extend my patience.

DO NOT USE!!

DON'T ORDER from loosely. They delivered a dress and a blanket to me- it took almost 2 months to arrive despite their 10 business days statement. The dress is transparent it's so thin and the blanket has crumbled to pieces and made of air (weighs almost NOTHING). They did not respond to me about a refund for return until the return deadline had passed, telling me I would have to pay to ship these items to China from Canada. They should be shut down for good for scamming customers. All fake reviews on their site, 100%.
