On February 8, 2026, I downloaded and started playing the game Farm Block Escape through the Lootably offer wall inside the Star Zodiac app, which is one of Givvy's third-party providers. The information says it takes 24 hours to credit, but so far nothing. Once again, Lootably is being dishonest. Don't play through this trash company. They always fail to credit points for higher-value games, making up a thousand and one lies.

I did 10 tasks and all i got is 150 points from a stupid balloon game which they even missed out my next achieved point.

These people are scammers. You'll literally use your own money to purchase an offer, then nothing. I literally lost $30 trying to make $6. Avoid them with everything. First they tell you, you'll get your rewards after 24hrs, but when you reach out after 24hrs, they say it will take 30 days or more.

I play game in month. But they are not paid me, support id not coppied them. Dont waist your time.

I receive 0,67 instead of 1,05 after a subscription

Most rewards have come through instantly for me; if I've had any issue, support responded literally within minutes and fixed it for me! Thank you:)

Completed my offer through their offerwall a few weeks ago, had issues with tracking. Sent thorough documentation to the support team and they were able to mark it as completed in under an hour.

Didn't give me my bolts on Gamesbolt.com and your support has told me that 3rd party members have not been in contact with you, that isn't fair without fair compensation when completing quest offered by your platform.

A great way to kill time for profit or better yet find games you may love and get paid to play! Ten minutes on your hand? Turn that ten minutes into a dollar with a survey! Highly paid offers combined with an excellent rapidly responding support team, lootably offerwall is one of my favorite walls to complete offers. Great job guys!

My experience with Lootably was pretty fun and easy. I earned rewards quickly just by completing simple offers and games. It's a decent way to make a little extra in your free time.

Sometimes it takes a while to get your rewards.

I reached out to customer service to ask about a reward I didn't get 6 days after I had completed the reward step. They responded quickly and were polite at first, but then they decided that instead of helping they'd troll and eventually ignore me.

I know that I tend to be wordy and that people don't always read lengthy text, but I reached out politely, tried to be concise, asked for instructions on how to get them some information they needed in order to help. When they gave me those instructions, the links they were telling me to click were not there. I'm not an idiot - I looked all over the screens where they were telling me to look, and the things they wanted me to click were simply NOT there - I tried so many times in so many different ways. I explained this but they just responded asking me to give them the information that I was telling them I did not have access to. We went back and forth both repeating ourselves, because they were asking me to do something impossible and I was trying to ask them for a different way to get them the info they needed, but (from my perspective) they refused to even TRY to understand what I was saying. I wanted to do what they asked, but it was not possible, and instead of helping me they just kept asking me to send the info - that I was TRYING to send but could not access! After a few back and forths getting nowhere on either end, they stopped responding. It honestly felt like I was being pranked or bullied. I genuinely don't get it. I've worked in customer service. I have never once even CONSIDERED treating someone this way - personally or professionally.

A few days after they stopped responding, I got credit for the offer - 10 days after completion.
Currently waiting on credit for another step in the same offer I completed on 11/29. (For context, the first step I completed in this offer was rewarded immediately, and most services say to wait 24-48 hours). At this point they have been ignoring me for five days even with follow-up emails. I eventually found the info they were asking me for in a place that was different from where they told me to look for it, and they have decided not to respond since I sent it along. I informed them about the other reward step that I have not received credit for and asked if I need to open another support ticket, or wait, and they have just been completely silent.

I think I'm going to try to avoid accepting offers from this company in the future, but if I ever do, I'll wait at least 10 days before reaching out to customer service about an offer not going through. Or maybe just take the L if an offer doesn't work, because I don't need to be abused by strangers on the internet just for asking for help.

In the SpinGranny casino offer it says: "Register, make a deposit of minimum 20 EUR, receive a 100% bonus. Wager your entire deposit (minimum 40 EUR)."
But the casino does not give a 100% bonus for a €20 deposit only for a minimum of €30.

I wrote to them asking how we can resolve this. I sent screenshots of my conversation with SpinGranny support where it clearly says they do not give such a bonus, and a screenshot from their offer where it says I should receive a 100% bonus after depositing €20.

And they replied: "Unfortunately, we are unable to accept those screenshots as proof of completion.

It feels like nobody even reads these submissions, and those reviews are probably fake

EDIT: I contacted support several times regarding this issue, and each time they told me that they were unable to accept those screenshots. However, after about a month, I finally received the payment

I've completed the task, but I haven't received my reward. It's been a week, and I've contacted the support team, but they've been silent and haven't given me any news. What a scammer.

After completing an offer and writing an email for the lack of credit, I do not receive any response, stay away from a service like this, support that does not respond and offers that do not get paid

First off their customer service is ran by hamsters ,
I’ve forwarded videos , screenshots , files , proof , and I kept getting hit with the same reply , sorry there’s screenshots are not accepted “
though no one bothered to even check and see , I’ve attached full length videos of me completing the offer ,
Then I get hit with the standard , it will take 30 buisness days we need to verify with advertiser , even though it should have been completed upon providing the right proof ,
There are withholding funds , unrightfully ,
Been 1 week , nothing , their customer service won’t even reply to my emails , been 2 weeks still nothing , not getting any reply , any resolution , and any credits for completing the offer , which is annoying since I had to invest money to complete , stay away from lootably !!!!

Unfortunately, they quickly give the first reward and reject your other tasks after receiving positive feedback from you. That's why I'm updating it to 1 star instead of 5.
