I have used Simon and Lord Collectables team for years now. I have purchased pre orders as well as in stock orders and all have arrived very promptly. I have even had a few orders where there has been damage unfortunately - due to couriers my guess cause the packaging was immaculate - and Simon has got me sorted with a return label and new products within the next week. I have even had pre orders that never arrived by estimated time so Simon let me change my order to an in stock product instead to avoid further disappointment as it was for a gift.

Lord collectables is my go to for Disney Traditions now as I know I can trust that the team are there to help if anything is to happen and he always has such good stock to choose from!

Brought a disney traditions, it came broken.. it wasn't packaged very well compared to all the other places I buy traditions from. As soon as I opened it you could see it was broken. Emailed for a return lable but I would have loved a replacement.. none left so unable to get it at all, christmas present down and out of stock everywhere. Very upset.

Item sent as gift arrived broken and seller would not give refund without the item being mailed back to them which would have defeated the purpose and gesture of a gift. Seller was unhelpful, unapologetic and discourteous in the interactions.

Ordered a loungefly bag for my niece as a gift, arrived super fast and was a great price compared to other sites, will definitely shop here in the future.

Sold me a faulty item then refused to accept a return saying it was after 14 days even though the law says they have to accept return up to 6 months. Trading standards now getting involved.

Purchased a gift for my Wife for Mother's Day from my baby Daughter and 8 year old Son. Unfortunately come Mother's Day it was apparent the Disney figurine was damaged. I arranged the return via Amazon and returned, however I never received the refund. I then raised a claim and then received a small portion of the refund. Lord Collectables failed to respond to approximately 8 emails. I am still to this day out of pocket. When I phoned they were abrupt and advised they had resold the figurine. Will never buy from them again, ever!

PS: Took them nearly 3 years to respond with a sarcastic response. I only post up any negative experiences and this was one!

I received my pre order figurines yesterday and the service as usual was flawless. I have ordered from Lord Collectables MANY times and for my Disney obsession I rarely use anyone else. Keep up the great work Team Lord.

I would definitely recommend Lords Collectables. They have a great selection of items at good prices. The regular offers are excellent. Delivery is very prompt and items well packaged.

Always happy with any purchases made at Lord Collectibles. I have purchased from them many times over several years. I’ve preordered items and waited for them to arrive but we were made aware of the timings. When I’ve ordered items in stock they have all arrived very quickly and well packaged. The one item that I had arrive broken was not due to Lord Collectibles rather to the fact it was such a delicate piece, and even then it was shipped out again immediately and return postage was covered by them. Will always purchase an item from Lord Collectibles over other suppliers if they can get it for me.

If your a Disney collector this is the company to use friendly and approachable company who have helped me grow my collection with payment plans to suit your pocket from 3-6 months depending on release dates?
