Nothing is too much trouble, items are sent within 24hrs unless it’s a pre-order item, and prices are very competitive. They also offer payment plans on certain items. They’re a traditional family run company with all the values you can expect and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone

Each time I’ve used lord collectables I’ve had brilliant service, can’t fault the company at all. Even when I’ve ordered ornaments that haven’t been released yet I’ve always received them pretty sharpish. This is a company that I’ve used a few times a year and been brilliant each time!

I have used Lord Collectibles for many years and could not fault their service! I have only ever had one piece arrive broken in the post and they very quickly rectified it with a new item sent out within 48 hours. Most of my Loungefly and Disney Traditions collections are from Simon and the team, as well as most of my friends and family using them too, usually through my account so I get the points

Ordered a Disney figurine from this company via vinted. It arrived damaged with chips out of the figurine, the paint was missing in several places. I contacted Lordscollectables to ask to return for a refund. He had an attitude from the start, he became very rude and sharp, I asked him if he had checked this item himself on return so he could see there hadn't been a quality check.He suggested I shouldn't buy from him again. I had to get vinted involved because he wouldn't give me a refund. He then left me feedback telling lies and suggesting people to avoid me. What a bad tempered person

Ordered an item via amazon, with this company. Item was delivered to a neighbours house, whom due to personal issues I will not speak to at all. Contacted the seller, was very rude and accusing me of lying, and being intimidating. Seller told me they checked google maps and gps and it was definitely delivered to my house, not my neighbours “as i was claiming”. Do NOT bother with this company at all. Disgusting customer service. Appalling behaviour.

Genuinely knowledgable and sweet people. Helpful and kind! They have a great selection, and everything at a pretty reasonable value for what you're getting. I reccomend heavily. Great place to find One Piece and Pokemon cards.
