Please be advised that if the parcel was marked as delivered and is now missing, you are required to contact your local police department to report the incident.
The courier has correctly delivered the parcel and therefore we cannot file an issue with them.
You have also stated in the email you wrote us that from the CCTV footage at your address you can clearly see that the driver has dropped the parcel, but that later an individual took it away with him.
If it is possible for you to download such footage, we recommend you to show it to the police when you contact them to file a complaint.

Wouldn’t use this company again. Ordered cycling shoes that didn’t fit and were given no option to exchange for a bigger size. Paid over $60 in postage and then got charged multiple fees to returns shoes. Ended up loosing close to $200

Unused products can be returned within 30 days from delivery. Unfortunately we don't have an exchange option, only a refund is possible (voucher for EU countries). Shipping fees for returns are at the client's expense.
In case the customs charge fees on the parcel, these are at the customer's expense as well. Custom charges are later deducted from the refund amount.

I was a little reluctant about buying a bike from overseas but my bike only took a few days to arrive (once shipped, it was a model on backorder), very happy. I even ended up with a upgraded one from what I ordered (Cannondale upgraded the specs I'd say)

I needed a SRAM power meter crank for my new gravel bike. None were available in Australia so I returned to Lordgun and had it delivered to my partner who was on holiday in Portugal. All worked seamlessly, package was delivered on the day it was promised. Price was pretty good too.
