Received my 2 maps (Canada & Italy) at the end of January, 2024. The service was excellent - prompt responses by what appeared to be a real person(!). Asked for a proof as the heart placements on each map were a bit obscure. They made an adjustment and the second proof was sent in less than a day and was perfect. The map's paper quality is excellent. This was a surprise for my husband for our anniversary, and we are both very pleased.

Just received my 3 prints and I’m really happy with the quality. It was a pleasure dealing with the Lotsy team who were extremely responsive and answered any questions I had. They really went above and beyond. Very much looking forward to presenting these 3 prints as special gifts to friends. I’ll be back again in the future for more unique gift ideas!

Just received my print it was lovely I am very pleased. Communication with the artist/ seller was great keeping me informed and updates Well Done on its way to Canada.

Communication was excellent and the 3 A3 prints we ordered were excellent. They even sorted out my error for me. I would highly recommend and would use again.

I am very glad that I turned to Anthony, he answers questions, sends sketches and allows me to make edits. it was a pleasant communication experience.

Good communications initially to ensure what I wanted was correct. But then got stung for customs charges upon delivery to Ireland. None of this was conveyed at point of sale. Their own shipping policy states that custom taxes are applied at point of sale according to where the item is to be shipped. Their terms of service also says this. Clearly there's a big discrepancy between what they say and what they do. Can't say I'm at all happy to be stung with customs charges. I have mailed them, we'll see what they say. Unbelievable!

Update: finally got them today. 40 quid for 2 pieces of card 'hand-made' i.e. printed off en mass. Bit of a rip off to be fair.

Communication with the seller has been really good. They offered to redo my order free of charge after I realised I had failed to pick up on an error in the mock ups (my fault). Very happy with the finished product!

Great gift & excellent customer service

Received my two poster with a small damage. I sent Lotsy an e-mail, got a reply the same day and a new set of posters the week after. Great and effective service, and I`m very happy with the products as well.

Communication with the seller was good. The package arrived and the maps were nice. There was a small problem but the seller resolved promptly.

What a beautiful present this turned out to be, for the second time. Such an amazing concept. Website so easy to navigate, lots of options, delivery was super quick and good quality. Will recommend 100%.

Very pleased with this! 😊 Brings a pop of colour on the wall and the prints have a meaning ❤️. The communication with the Lotsy team was great and they were quick to respond and made the changes I requested.

Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Friday, excellent service. The quality is fabulous and the communication is first class. Would highly recommend.
