Comprehensive and fast
During our initial conversation Eva gathered information from me regarding the situation with my senior loved one and clarified which information I would find it useful to receive.
The next working day she sent a comprehensive email covering all of the points, including pdfs summarising certain topics and links to short videos.
She also sent details of care homes in the area I was looking at and some questions to ask when viewing homes.
If I need further or different information in the future I can go back to her.
It was extremely useful and time-saving to have all of this set out in one place.

A tourist got the VERY BEST help from Lottie.
This recommendation comes with my utmost gratitude. As a tourist with MS in my wheelchair Lottie managed to install confidence by arranging home help twice daily for me at the hotel where I stayed. Practical and friendly kindness is wonderful and I feel very thankful.
Excellent and efficient advice. Lottie followed me all the way and made sure the entire careplan was in order.

My call was answered promptly, the person I spoke with was really knowledgeable, and showed empathy and understanding to my situation and the support I was looking for.
She followed up with a really constructive email, outlining everything we had discussed, links to even more information, research she had carried out on my behalf. I also received a follow-up to check how I was getting on and if I needed anymore support.
Overall a great service and would absolutely recommend it to anyone 👍
