Lottie was great at delivering a list of Care agencies within minutes of searching, matching with specific needs.
The list gave a variety of companies with varying prices to contact.
Within twenty minutes of reading the details, I received a phone call and several emails from the different agencies I had read.
I was reassured I could find care for my parent quickly.

Does mum need a care home ?
This has been my initial contact with Lottie and I was unsure as to what to expect. But the care expert I spoke to took the time to listen to our individual needs, asked questions that led us to think about things that we hadn't previously thought about and gave good advice along the way.
All this is then backed up by emails so you can revisit the information provided and a direct contact number to your care expert for when we have more questions etc.
All in all, a great service!

Great service
The initial response from my request was handled really quickly and the information I received was very useful. I was able to book a carer at short notice to cover a period of sickness for my parents usual
carer.
I also received a follow up phone call. The call handler gave me so much information that has really helped me navigate the difficult situation of having a parent with Dementia.

Help with finding respite.
Klara was very very helpful and understood that I needed help to find respite for my Dad. She listened well and responded very quickly by email with exactly what I needed, also sending me other very useful information. I would definitely recommend Lottie when looking for care as without Lottie it all seems to be a minefield. Thankyou Klara.
