Order not received and zero customer service

Ordered over a month ago, payment taken at time of order. Still have not received my order, and website says order still processing. And my follow up emails have gone unanswered. Looks like I will have to ask my bank to raise a chargeback. Very frustrating.

Extremely disappointed with the quality…


Extremely disappointed with the quality of my purchase and the lack of customer support. A premium product failed within days, and the process to resolve the issue is unnecessarily lengthy and frustrating. For a luxury retailer, I expected much better service. You’ve lost my trust.
You shipped me a 4K € bag within a dust bag with no original package and then it fell apart in 4 days after what you refuse to accept the return! Shame on you!

Poor service throughout

On the 24th May 2024 I purchased a Tom Ford Denim Jacket order number - T0011396628 at a cost of £615.00GBP and paid £16.00GBP for postage so a total of £631.00GBP paid, I wore the jacket for the first time on the Evening of the 16th June 2024 for a special occasion, on that occasion the button fell off on the left sleeve (it was obviously a fault on the jacket as I’d only wore it to travel in a car to my sons house and took it off at my sons house to hang up - so normal wear) when I got home to hang the jacket back on its hanger I saw the button had come off so I emailed LUISAVIAROMA on the 19th June 2024 (earliest opportunity for me) to let them know this and sent photos as evidence, LUISAVIAROMA did email back and apologised and said they’d contact Tom Ford direct and would take action from there, I waited but with no response so sent LUISAVIAROMA a gentle reminder on the 26th June as I’d heard nothing so was obviously concerned about this, a reply did come back 2 days later and LUISAVIAROMA apologised and agreed to repairing the jacket in which I was happy with initially so arranged to get the Tom Ford Denim jacket sent back to LUISAVIAROMA via DHL, it was received back at LUISAVIAROMA on the 2nd July 2024 (I received an email from LUISAVIAROMA on the 10th July 2024 to confirm this - 8 days later!!) why 8 days ?? It is now the 30th July 2024 and I’ve heard nothing so in short LUISAVIAROMA still have my jacket and my £631.00, I feel this is totally unacceptable for me to still be waiting for a button to be put back on 4 weeks later, I have no alternative now to apply to trading standards and require a full refund, I have emailed customer services twice in the last 72 hours with no response (only a generated response) I find this totally unacceptable and lost all confidence in their customer service, the least LUISAVIAROMA could have done is offered me a full refund Initially as the jacket was very expensive and also could have been in contact with me regularly to keep me updated so because LUISAVIAROMA have not I will now require a full refund paid back to me as soon as possible, if customer services at LUISAVIAROMA could contact me as soon as possible to arrange this please, If i get no response by Friday 2nd August then I will send my complaint to trading standards as I have all the evidence of emails exchanged, Photos of the faulty jacket and the lengthy time contact has been made by LUISAVIAROMA the last update was 10th July 2024 and now it’s the 30th July and nothing since

Be cautious. There is no actual express shipping.

Charging 26euro for express shipping, 3 days max. Its been over a week and zero updates and no response from customer service. Unacceptable. No word as to where my order is. This seems highly suspect to me. This company cannot even respond to a customer enquiry within 48hrs. I had high hopes for this online store, but they have been quickly dashed by the lack of respect for customers.

It’s good

The shorts were delivered in perfect condition and packaged nicely in a box by louisaviaroma.
No fees or duties ordering from canada and the prices are competetive. I’ll return, and I hope they get more of the brands I like.

Returning Customer

Returning Customer. Never had any problems. Good delivery and return and love the promos they have. Plus for their nice packaging! Always keep the boxes and have them as extra shoe boxes.
Would wish that they had free delivery when ordering over 200 euros. Sometimes I choose other similar shops if they sell the same product and offer free delivery and return. But over all verry satisfied.

Refusal to return items from the customer

I had a very unpleasant experience with this shop. I ordered some items from them on 10 February which I did not like, so I returned them within the statutory time limits. Unfortunately, due to my preoccupation, I mixed up the labels and sent back the parcel which was addressed to someone else. The items came back to me, I explained the problem and asked for a new label or the possibility that I would pay for the return shipment myself and send the items back to them at my expense. Unfortunately, the shop doesn't want to accept the return even when I explained to them that my family in Ukraine needs help and I need the money now. When I bought them on 10 February I didn't know that what was happening in Ukraine would happen. It was one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had and I'm sure I'll never order anything from them again.

Week 4 and still no refund for the cancelled order!!!! This is not acceptable excuse after excuse??? DO NOT ORDER from these people?? I have provided two accounts now for them to refund my money to and still no money

This my first time to make an order…

This my first time to make an order from this site and maybe it will the last I ordered my bag 20/4 I received after 2 weeks with scratches I sent to them to exchange it they sent to me return confirmation I called dhl to take the bag they came after week!! Then I called to the customer service they told me they don’t know when they will finish to send to me another bag and please send email “I sent more than 3 emails yesterday and no respond!!!”” So I called them today to know what happened and nothing !!!!! I still wait

Never heard of this company before ordering this product but had a lovely Armani body warmer ..packaging lovely very nice box .. verification supplied with product and I would have no hesitation ordering again
