Never received my order. Was only able to track my order 1 week AFTER the tracking stated it had been delivered. Over £40 lost and no response from the website support.

Horrible service, it took almost 2 months to recieve order, with laughable quality at high prices. Then after a long back and forth messaging process I finally received the return form to ship the return in Jan. Now 5 months into when I returned the product, they are not responding to messages or processing the return. The worst experience ever, this company is a fraud.

Avoid or you will lose your money!

I placed an order 20 January 2025 and still waiting although after numerous concerns raised they have said the order has been despatched without any other information. Any time I contact them I get th same automated response.

More action should be taken to get this company taken off search websites to avoid more people’s money being fraudulently taken.

Currently disputing this with PayPal. In line with PayPal the company provided a note to say product has been despatched. It’s all lies!

Scam, imply they are UK company with Manchester & free uk shipping it is not. Extremely poor quality materials, sent from china. Forced to either accept a 30% back or send back yourself for extortionate postage + fees. therefore just make money off people buy and keeping shit or getting poor amount back

Don’t order from here! They are scammers! Spent nearly £70 on a jacket which took weeks and weeks to arrive (China) NOT Manchester. When it came it was shocking quality and way too small. Sent multiple emails for a return and they waited 14 days to reply to me just to tell me I can’t return as it’s gone past the 14 day return period?!?!! Hahahahaha what a joke!!! They are SCAMMERS and steal your money! Send you cheap crap clothes that don’t fit. Buy at your own RISK!!!!!⚠️

Don’t waste your money. This company is a fraud. I bought a jacket for £59 it took them 5 weeks to deliver a very poor quality item in bad condition. Never a gain I am very disappointed.

I have ordered a winter coat with them on 1st Decmeber which I received...nearly 2 months later.....
I couldn't track it. The coat was 3 sizes smaller than I ordered, different colour and different item at all ! So they advertised it as an ellegant waterproof, long wintercoat with a beautiful fur collar - what I received was a poor quality 'made in china'piece of rubbish.
I have sent 6 emails asking for the contact to return- they proposed me 15% of return money and keeping the item. Then it appeared I am supposed to send it back to China at my own cost of £30 !!! Although the company advertises itself as based in Manchester. Never ever again. I have sent the report to Trading Standards while it is against Customer Rights Act 2015.

The poorest service ever and the item hasn't even arrived yet. I have asked for a refund and they have said no as item hasn't arrived yet- however it's nearly been an entire month. Completely false as I thought I was supporting Local due to thinking it's a small business from Manchester- not stuff shipped in from China. Absolutely fuming! £70 down the drain for my husbands Christmas present which never arrived.

This clothes come from China not Manchester as alluded to in company name.

Ordered item on 8th December. Had to chase customer service a number of times before it finally arrived over a month later.

The item arrived in extremely poor/low quality and not as described. I immediately contacted Louvico regarding a return who have put up objection and objection and offered partial refunds for me to keep the item. If I could attach images I would!

The item isn't even wearable and I will be reporting this scam to Trading Standards.

Louvicos customer service is a farce and I would avoid at all costs.

My wife ordered a coat for me for Christmas. I was measure to make sure she ordered the right size and she even went up one size. Jacket cam and I tried to put it on and it was at least 3 sizes too smal. Tag in jacket said 2XL and the hang tag said 3XL. Only way to return it is to pay for shipping to Asia. I live in Canada and I am sure it's more money and hassle than what the coat is worth. I would not recommend buying from here.

The product does not meet my expectations in the slightest. They are falsely advertising products. The product I paid £40 for is not even close to the quality I’d expect and not even close visually to the picture advertised on the website.

Thin Polyester jumper looks like fleece in the picture. Took four weeks to arrive. Made in china no shape to jumper. Just square

Absolutely disgusting I ordered a coat £69 that on the website looked amazing it arrived and it was nothing like pictured absolutely disgusting still waiting to hear back about my refund!!!!

I waited over a month for my items to turn up and when they did they were shocking quality. Cheap material and complete printed design (not stitched).
You can buy these products on Amazon, and Temu etc for a fraction of the price, and with the correct description of what they actually are!
To be fair to the company, when I emailed asking where my order was, they replied rather quickly, but the answers were very vague and not helpful really, just kept telling me that I should receive my item soon. You can track your items, but the tracking information is not helpful and again very vague.
The refund process is also odd. You have to email them and request a return slip, then YOU have to arrange for the parcel to be returned with a courier of your choice (so an additional cost from your pocket).
I am waiting for there response, but after reading some other reviews I won't hold my breath!

this company effectively refuses to issue a refund by making you responsible for the shipping back to China. Quality is beyond terrible, a "winter" dress is so thin I would be cold in summer. stay away.

I ordered a jumper from their website. It looked really nice. When it arrived it was the wrong jumper and the quality was not what was advertised. I asked for a refund. Although the customer service responded quickly, I was asked to return it to an address in China. I spend around £45 paying for the jumper and they made me pay £22 to send it back. I am now £23 out of pocket for nothing! I asked if I could send it to an address in the UK and they said no. Shameful!

This company is the most fraudulent company I have ever seen. I ordered things since first week of November 2024 and I can tell you that till now, nothing has changed. I wish I had seen all these comments before I patronised them but we move. At last the item came on the 23rd of December but its quite unfortunate that its a total waste of money. What was advertised was not what i received.
