My Green Pod Ltd is an independent, family-run UK business, founded by Katie Hill and Jarvis Smith. We want to share the real stories behind the brands and people working tirelessly to offer ethical alternatives to mainstream products and services. You might not see these options on the high street and they may not be the first to appear in online searches. Unlike any other company we know, we meet and connect personally with the owners of the companies we work with. We do this because we believe that authentically ethical products and services can only be produced and supplied with conscious, heartfelt intent. Plenty of businesses are cashing in on the trend towards natural and organic products, but if those companies are cutting corners to be the first to market – whether in their packaging, their supply chains, their ingredients, or their staff welfare – they won’t be featured here. DO NOT BUY - COMPANY GOING BUST

Have spent over £100 on products over six weeks ago and they have not arrived!!! Tried both emails for Jarvis and company but no response. I've heard this company is going bust!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

As with many of the other reviews below, I placed an order on 12th June 2023 and a payment was taken immediately. However I have not received my order, no one is answering the phone and I have sent two emails to the hello@greenpod email address which have not been responded to. It was a large order and therefore expensive. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE AS IT APPEARS TO BE A SCAM.

This place is a scam

This place is a scam, do not buy from here. I ordered an item over a week ago still have received. It still have not gotten a response from this company. shambolic

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered an item over a week ago call the customer service number several times in which I was met with the same interactive voice response that told me to email them .I received a email back/automatic reply saying this email does not exist. I’ve been scammed please don’t get scammed.

Receipt of order was delayed

Receipt of order was delayed, however the customer service lady at green pod responded promptly.

However the item received was not the exact item ordered but substituted with similar when it eventually arrived.

I’m very sorry to have to write this…

I’m very sorry to have to write this review in this manner. I placed an order 30.April.2023. It’s been 3 weeks now, and I still haven’t received it. I’ve contacted the company via email, was promised that it will be looked into last Tuesday. 5 days later, still no update. I don’t know what to think to be honest. I feel tired of waiting and enquiring about the product I ordered. Which I really want to receive one day, because I love the taste of it.

I want to believe that your company is fast and reliable, so far, that hasn’t been my experience.

If anyone in your company can help resolve this, please help.

Reliable website with good customer service

The products I purchased from MY GREEN POD were as described and arrived on time. The best part of it though was the customer service, they always respond promptly and have been ever so helpful. Precious who assisted me a couple of times was amazing.

All good. Could be clearer on the fact they do not ship products and that products can come in multiple shipments ;)

Ordered a cranberry supplement and limescale remover.
The latter came v fast but wondered why the cranberry didn’t come in the same box- bit odd so I emailed customer service. Answered very quickly and it turned out they don’t ship the products themselves-think this could be made clearer at the shipping checkout page.
Also as there are no order update emails I didn’t realise my order can come in more than one packages.
However none of the above bothered me too much, free delivery over £10 is amazing and also their ethics/speedy communication.
Supplement arrived later that day and all good!

Norstar drinks coaster

I ordered a Norstar drinks coaster 10 days ago and it has still not been delivered. MGP does not answer questions about orders placed via the phone. Neither do they keep their customers up to date on the delivery. My order status is PENDING! However the money was taken straight away. Do not use this company they have very poor customer service and are using third party companies to fulfil their orders.

Firstly may I apologise for your experience with us.
We do try our very best to keep on top of deliveries but have had some difficulties with vendors who don’t always advise us that product is out of stock or delivery has been affected.
You are right we don’t ship products ourselves, but we thought we were very clear about this across all of our communication, but it seems not.
Do please let us know how we can improve things.
We are a family business trying to offer products that are the least harmful for you and the planet, therefore we aim to prioritise these values. We can not however compete with large global shopping platforms that may not have people and planet as their priority.
Again please accept our apologies and we do hope you continue to shop with us in the future.

As we don’t stock products we rely on our vendors to ship as quickly as possible. On this occasion the product was out of stock but we didn’t know..

We are a small family business and don’t have the resources to operate like the big shopping platforms people are used to.
We aim to do our best and on this occasion it wasn’t right for you.

Disappointed

Asked to write a review of my purchase. Unfortunately can only give a negative review since I placed order,.order accepted and then some days later I had an email stating I was getting a refund as they couldn't complete order. Disappointed but even more I'm surprised I was asked to review

I am STILL waiting for my order made before Christmas:
I contacted My Green Pod last week after I realised the money had been taken from my account: I appreciate that the Christmas period is very busy- and I have allowed for the Post Office strikes but I cannot afford to order goods that don.t arrive
