Massive Time Saver! Excellent Product
LoveAdmin has helped me massively with running my gymnastics club. So slick and such a clever system
After using the same booking system for my dance school for the past 7 years I was quite apprehensive to change to a new system. However, ignoring what LoveAdmin had to offer was impossible, so after an initial video call to chat over the system I just had to sign up.
All correspondence has been amazing and prompt. The team are so helpful and the handovers, building of my shop and general tutorials have been great.
Nothing is too much hassle and they have been great at reassuring help is on hand if required.

Love Admin system has most definitely…
Love Admin system has most definitely taken a lot of the manual admin work away and we have lost less money as a
Club since changing over to it.
V1 does have its downsides, for example adding kit to sell became quite complicated so we gave up trying and decided to wait for V2 to launch which hopefully won’t be too much longer.

Love Admin? No, I don’t love LoveAdmin
If you’re an end user of Love Admin’s services through a club, for example, the experience is utterly diabolical.
Virtually every website on the planet with a payment aspect can handle it seamlessly. Not LoveAdmin. They use terms such as ‘pre authorisation’ and the wording is awful that you end up cancelling something when you shouldn’t. Or you have to complete a DD mandate for a one-off payment. LoveAdmin over-complicates the overly simple, something virtually everyone else seems to have mastered.
You can’t even pay for items online using a bank debit or credit card, by far and away the simplest way to pay for anything online. One day maybe LoveAdmin will be in line with the 21st century.
The comms is dreadful in its accuracy too. We received comms stating payment will be taken… in about a week’s time! But… the system still allows us to pay for those items, it’s not even in an ‘payment pending’ state. Work that out.
It’s like the portal, is designed by a techie. I’m wondering if developers and product owners working there have ever even spoken to a non business end user.
They have clearly sold a dream to clubs but the service from an end user perspective is just incredibly frustrating. If you are a club, don’t be won over by a glitzy presentation. Your customers will hate you for it. It may be ok for you, but it certainly isn’t ok for us.
LoveAdmin? I truly do not love it. It’s clear that little user research was performed, all the signs this was led by a somebody technical who probably ‘knew best’ with little interaction with actual users.
Love Admin don’t take criticism well. They keep flagging this review. You’d think a company like theirs would welcome feedback. If you’re a busy customer of theirs (or a potential one) they are happy to take your money but are not providing your club members with a service fit for the 21st century. Those club members will happily take their business to another club where they don’t have as much hassle performing what should be simple, routine tasks. Something to note before you sign a cheque. Because that’s probably how they’d want to be paid.

The software is currently used by 500,000+ active end-users and is helping organisations to drastically reduce their admin, and increase their revenues by providing a platform for members to conveniently register and make online payments. We facilitate 1 million+ payments a year and our customer satisfaction scores rate very highly.
We understand you may feel unhappy with certain aspects of the system, and these are your personal experiences, however we want to stress that we do have a support team available to help assist with any queries and troubleshoot any issues on email, or phone. Our software allows card and direct debit payments. Your club, like many, have chosen to take payment by the latter. Direct debit payments can be used for a one-off transaction or for recurring ones. The reason many clubs choose to pay by direct debit is to keep the transaction costs as low as possible. The term pre-authorisation is commonly used in the world of direct debit and simply means the club has requested that you pre-authorise future payments to the club so when payment becomes due, they can collect it without the need to wait for people to pay. This is a very popular feature that helps clubs with their cashflow. Again, like the use of direct debit, the use of pre-authorisation is determined by the club. If your club wanted to receive instant payment by card, this can be easily done by connecting their PayPal account.
Regarding the communication about the time it takes for payment to be taken, while we agree the phrasing could be tighter, the reason for the generic ‘about a week’ is to allow for the time of the day in which the payment was made (and the direct debit subsequently submitted), weekends and bank holidays. Contrary to what you say, during this period the payment is in a pending state and is shown as such in the financial reports which the administrator has access to.
It is important to note that LoveAdmin is releasing its brand-new software version this Autumn. We are an organisation that keeps close relationships with our customers, and we are constantly listening to their voices. We have therefore focused our efforts on introducing the features and updates that customers have requested with the development of an all-new, world-class system. We are confident you will welcome the enhancements, as will our current and new customers who we have helped migrate from inefficient systems like Excel.
Finally, regarding your initial review being flagged: We did flag a section of your review as it contained a sexist remark. Trustpilot agreed your comments breached their policies, which is why it was removed.
