Frustrating! I spend more time sorting out problems than I would with an excel spreadsheet or even a sheet of paper!

We first agreed to sign up to Love Admin in the middle of September, with a go live date of 28th October, to coincide with our half-term. We were asked to send some data, which we did, and where then told it wasn't in the right format so we redid it. During this time we did not have a dedicated account manager but were talking to several different team members. We then had an online meeting to handover the system to us, and it became apparent that our requirements had not been communicated to the team at all, after that initial meeting. It is now 15th November, with no live date in site. I have had to chase this company several times for an update. We have received no apology. You have to pay a deposit when signing up to this service, in order to get them the information they need to be able to go live on an agreed date - but there has been no repercussion for them missing their deadline and no apology for the amount of stress this has caused me and my team. We had staff training booked for 30 team members ( who are all freelancers) and we had to cancel it. Then when we did see the programme, most of the fields were not populated (as it seems the information from the first data collection we sent them, was needed after all). It then became clear that another main requirement of our agreement to sign up had not been communicated. This is a company who are selling software to streamline admin - and yet it seems they do not have a system themselves to ensure all those working on your set up have the right information. At this stage, with still no attempt to apologise to us, we will not be continuing with Love Admin.

Honestly this whole website needs to be thrown in the bin! By far the worst website to navigate through I have ever been on. I refuse to use this website and I’m sure there’s plenty more that feel the exact same.

Very good at collecting fees and keeping customer information up to date. Excellent interface in my opinion. What would make LoveAdmin perfect is the ability to add a sibling discount. Just a simple coupon code at checkout or an option in classes saying 'if additional members are added would you like to add a discount.' If you can build this whole database then adding an option for discounts should be simple. This simple fix will stop the need for customers contacting us regularly for something they can easily do in their online accounts. Also looking forward to the new payment system as Paypal is awful! Just something to take card details ONLY is fine.

The team are always on hand to help, especially when you make silly mistakes! The system works well and in most cases it's just learning how to use it and get it to work for you.

Hopeless. No option to select payment day, date or individual payments. It's all or nothing, not at all user friendly

LoveAdmin have the most incredible staff. I am a complete technophobe, but they are always so patient and their instructions and information is always so clear. Their online system has 100% helped streamline my business, and hands down, LoveAdmin get what customer service is all about.
I genuinely think of them as part of the Inspire Allstars team!

Both Hollee & Shauna were excellent....they were patient, described what I needed to do and were also personable. A real credit to your organisation!

Have been using this for a few months and wished I had never agreed to it. In order to get the best from the system, you need to be confident using computer software prior to starting this. I can see the advantages of it but the support we have had has been less than helpful. I have been left frustrated, irritated and at the end of my tether trying to sort it out. I am an intellegent person with a disability and have explained this to the people concerned. The support staff assume all of their customers have the same abilities. Some of us have not grown up using computers & I have not been helped enough to feel at all comfortable using this system. Having been reduced to tears on many occasions I don't feel happy contacting the support team as I am left feeling that they don't care.

Having struggled for a few years with an Excel-based membership administration process for our Supporters Trust, we assessed a number of options for a more specialist system and were impressed by the functionality and intuity of the LoveAdmin system.

We are now live with the system and it hasn't disappointed! The support that we received in planning our membership migration and support in ensuring that the configuration was correct has been excellent, with structured training sessions provided to help our administrators get to grips with the system. If anything was missed, the support team have been excellent in responding to ad-hoc questions.

Generating payment requests has been really simple, and made a huge difference with cash collection, and the integrated email solution has helped us to easily keep our members informed of key activities that we are working on. We've also received positive feedback from our members in respect to how easy it has been for them to renew membership subscriptions and update their details.

If you are struggling with spreadsheets and multiple systems to manage your membership requirements, I would certainly recommend speaking to the team and taking a look at what the system has to offer.

Great! Friendly helpful staff, and a system that is customisable to our needs

Great system for collecting fees and communicating with members. Constantly being updated and improved and just keeps getting better! Would definitely recommend.

An easy way to manage the club’s classes and payments. Very few issues. We’re really pleased we came across this system before we started the Club. It’s saved us countless administration hours. Great that it’s being constantly reviewed and improved.

We are a non profit club and have been using Love Admin for around 3 years, it’s cut our administration time down and our revenue has increased due to the efficient collection of payments, before we manually checked each payment off! We are using several tools within the system but given it is constantly evolving we are using it more and more
saving time and money we love it!

We have been using Loveadmin to manage our theatre school classes for 18months and its been a fantastic find! Collecting fees happens automatically, enrolment is far smoother, repetitive email tasks have all been set up as templates reducing workload and the payroll is calculated for us. Its streamlined so much of what we do and the best part is that the software is constantly in development - it was great to start with and its getting better all the time!

We are a community club with over 300 members. Since we have started using LoveAdmin, we have seen a reduction in the amount of time spent doing administration. The system is powerful whilst easy to use.

Love Admin is a great way to hold all your members' information in one place and to be able to edit the information at the click of a button, not to mention collect membership fees. It has saved our company time and money and the support from the help team at Love Admin is wonderful.

I would, and have already recommended LoveAdmin to any club wanting to cut their Admin time down dramatically!

This system has enabled me to have my whole club which operates in primary schools, under one roof. It is easily arranged and sorted to show financial reports, attendance registers, invoicing, emailing, event making all in one place.

The staff are all so friendly and helpful, and no job is too small to ask!
