Mary your team member was excellent to deal with. So helpful and genuine. I was due a discount because of my birthday and spoke to her maybe tues 7th. I rang back once I was happy with my purchase and she had my details diarued and applied the discount straight away. I have worked myself in customer service for 40 years and Mary has what it takes to deliver a great service to your customers. So pleasant and friendly, I was a very happy customer and love my purchase!
