Stay away from this company, customer service is beyond a joke, services advertised are not what you receive. Expect to be on hold for over 45 minutes before you even speak to a advisor, I am currently on hold now, and it stands at 1 hour 10 minutes. Farce!
So glad I have found another provider who actually value my custom.
Joke of a company! unable to keep an appointment that was booked over a month ago, then instead of being sympathetic to the problem they're staff give you attitude over the phone!
If you live in a building with a communal dish SKY use these guys for their installations. The crap attitude stems from the fact that they have no other competition to do this work so they obviously feel they can talk to people like crap.
Edit - second appointment was kept and installation conducted well. In conversation also discovered that Sky will no longer be using this company for customer installations, only for communal rollout I.e. The wiring to the communal dish etc.
