We were also scammed into thinking these were real flowers preserved for life. We received plastic flowers covered in glitter that we had to assemble stem to rose. Paid a lot of money.

Scam. Stay away.

Scam. Never received any of my products - ad said Zara home warehouse sale, bought a chair, plates, wine glasses, candles, baskets. Nothing arrived. Emailed about 13 times (not exaggerating) and got a response saying to be patient. Then got a Royal Mail delivery through my postbox with a card saying “thank you”. !?! Absolute scam. Do not buy!!

⚠️ SCAM WARNING – Do Not Trust Loveflora

I was recently scammed by a company called Loveflora, which appears to be based in China. Their website looked legitimate and professional, so I placed an order — thankfully for a small amount. However, I never received the items I paid for.

Instead, I received three random greeting cards in the post saying “best wishes” — absolutely nothing to do with what I ordered. When I contacted their customer service to ask where my goods were, I was met with a rude and dismissive message telling me to “be patient.” That was the last response I ever got.

This company is dishonest, deceptive, and clearly preying on unsuspecting customers. I have reported them to the relevant fraud authorities and am sharing my experience here to warn others not to fall for the same scam.

Please avoid Loveflora at all costs. This is not a legitimate business.

Absolute SCAM

Absolute SCAM. I placed an order with Loveflora back in April for over 100 pounds. After several emails I was sent a thank you card which was scanned as the delivery. There is no one to complain to and now the shop does not exist so all emails are kicked back. You will not get your order and you will not be refunded. Looking at these reviews we were all scammed about the same time. Shame on them.

It's a scam

It's a scam.
I have received a card with "best wishes" instead of the items I ordered.
It's a scam and a mockery.
We must report it.

This is a scam

This is a scam. Do not order anything. All you get is a Best Wishes card. I won't rewrite what the reviews already state as everyone is spot on.

IF it is a scam

IF it is a scam, I made a purchase 28 days ago. Two products from zara home. Today I received the package; an envelope with a card with some flowers printed on it.

This is not as I thought I London-based…

This is not as I thought a London-based company, which is what the ad led me to believe. They are in fact based in China. I ordered nine items on 17th April and products did not arrive. What I received was a ‘thank you’ card in a plastic envelope with barcodes on the outside, which was scanned by Royal Mail and recorded as the parcel. I contacted Love Flora and received a response from popecole team email. I was provided with numerous excuses, ranging from products lost in transit to card being sent instead of products as sent from the wrong warehouse. Further to back-and-forth emails I was told I would be getting a refund a week ago and it is yet to arrive. I am now pursuing via my bank and am not optimistic. Please avoid at all costs. Having read other reviews on this site, I believe this company are scam artists.

Got scammed

Got scammed! Should have researched before ordering but it displayed another name. It is not Loveflora London - it is a Chinese company that probably photoshops products as they never send you what you ordered. They give you tracking number that doesn't work, then they claim you missed your delivery. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Update: 5 weeks after ordering products over £40 in value, I received a postcard from LoveFlora instead of my items! Probably so that they can satisfy Trading Standards that something has been received to match the tracking number.

I have reported them to my bank and they will ry to chase a refund on my behalf.
Please don't get scammed like me!

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Have been scammed out of £90, thought it was too good to be true. They sent the same Best Wishes card, they clearly have zero morals. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. And good luck with letting them know about the review I doubt it will make any difference to them! Have reported them to UK Govmnt cyber security site.
