Extreme delays on getting back on…

Extreme delays on getting back on flight changes well over the 72 hours, hoping I’m not issued an e-ticket as this was warned I will be charged if so.

Holidays was great hotel was great…

Holidays was great hotel was great transfer was very poor over 3 hours to get to hotel due to waiting for another plane to land got a uber on return as was not prepared to sit on a coach like that again

I'm sorry to hear of your transfer experience and the long waiting times for the flight to arrive so your transfer service could start.

Unfortunately if you book a shuttle transfer service, it will require to wait for other flights arriving if travelling to the same destination/s. Maximum wait time is usually up to 90 minutes.

To avoid this, we would recommend if a private transfer is available at the stage of booking to book this in the future to avoid waiting, as this will be a direct transfer service.
