I booked over the phone had a fabulous girl named Hayley went to pay deposit bank approved it but I couldn't give back to the booking page to continue. She trying everything I gave up she was finishing work but stayed on until my son come home and she a link again he had it done in 1 minute . Thank you Hayley lovely girl to deal with great patience.

I've been booking package holidays with…
I've been booking package holidays with them for 8 years now. BUT never again.
Unfortunately like most folk I thought the T&Cs were straightforward, well I got it wrong.
I booked a holiday for my wife and myself to Barbados 2027.
It was a surprise but within 20 mins the surprise was busted. She explained that both our health's we couldn't possibly do the flights so I contacted them to ask to waive it and we will forfeit the deposit.
Basically it was no and if I cancelled it would cost the flight price, my deposit and a admin fee, total
£1650.
There is no way loveholidays would've paid for those flights inside 30 mins, so whatever they say it's same old "T&C" statement.
Loveholidays you have lost my business for good.
Goodbye and Good ridence.
A disappointment is an understatement.
