Easy and straight forward... Good deals
Being honest I am the kind of person who like to go on physical place to buy holidays, but I tried loveholidays and so far has been brilliant, we had a holidays last year and was great as well.. So it's easy and straight forward to buy and they can make easier to pay the holidays.. Well done guys, highly recommend love holidays for your next adventure.

If I’m being completely honest not great atall. I’m a big fan of love holidays and have always booked with love holidays as the deals are great and I’ve never had a problem with it until trying to book Amsterdam for my birthday and love holiday contacting us telling us a flight we booked couldn’t be confirmed as they decided to boost the flights to a much more expensive flight denying us the price we got it for and I work in retail and the price is the price that’s displayed . We had to get our flight money refunded and had a lot of stress trying to search and afford for new flights for the holiday . We didn’t get anything in return just a quick “ that’s too bad “ so I was very disappointed as again I was a fan of love holidays and trusted the website . Its unfortunate .

Booking requests can take up to 72 hours to process, and on rare occasions when we may be unable to confirm a booking at the original price we will contact you to advise of the price increase.
Where possible, we’ll always try to offer alternatives that suit you better. Because we work with live systems, both pricing and availability can change until your booking is confirmed. We don't have control over airline prices, as the industry is a live market where prices fluctuate based on availability, supply and demand. We know this isn't ideal.

I'm sorry to hear that your outbound flight was delayed. Because this delay was due to operational decisions made by the airline and air traffic control, the airline is responsible for managing this.
If you have already submitted a complaint directly to them, that is great. They will review this internally and follow their own guidelines before contacting you directly with their final decision.

Advertised holiday could not be fulfilled – told to cancel and pay significantly more
I booked a 14-night stay at Universal's Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn & Suites for 13–27 July 2027, including direct Aer Lingus flights from Dublin, at an advertised price of €1,675 per person.
After taking my deposit, Loveholidays told me the flights could not be secured because they had not yet been released. However, they continued to advertise the same holiday with the same direct flights for dates around and beyond my trip.
I repeatedly raised this with them and provided screenshots and screen recordings. Despite this, I was ultimately told to cancel and rebook once the flights were released, meaning I would have to pay significantly more.
As of today, 18 August 2026, the same holiday is still being advertised on the Loveholidays website at €2,009 per person.
My deposit has now been refunded without Loveholidays clearly notifying me that they had cancelled the booking.
The whole experience has been extremely disappointing. I booked based on a holiday and price that Loveholidays themselves advertised, only to be told they couldn't fulfil it and that my option was effectively to cancel and pay considerably more.
I have retained all emails, screenshots and screen recordings documenting this.
Edit: I have also now been offered alternative dates at an additional cost of €1,250 for the flights, Love holidays has agreed to cover the extra hotel charge of €90. I do not consider this to be a reasonable resolution to an issue arising from Loveholidays' own booking and advertising system.
Edit: Gave them the details I was using to correspond with the email team. Told these are incorrect, I will be taking this matter to the CPCC and the ASA

Highly recommend - Budget friendly
I’ve booked several breaks through Love Holidays now, Europe and America. Never an issue, price always cheaper with flights and stay. It’s so handy to pay off every month so really budget friendly. Highly recommend.
