Absolutely seamless experience
Absolutely seamless experience, i even had to make some changes and the person (sorry now I didn't get her name) was so polite and helpful it was a pleasure to deal with her, she even apologised profusely when she had to put me on hold, which is a rarity nowadays, nice to know there are some companies out there getting it right and training their staff in dealing with the public politely hence the reason i keep going back to Love Holidays, keep up the good work thanks again

Collected luggage in rome
Collected luggage in rome. The shuttle bus had left without us. The agent was not helpful and suggested to wait 8 hours for the next shuttle or get bus or train to the centre and find our hotel. We paid for bus tickets and qued for bus. Very dissappointed and annoyed at service.
