False advertisement regarding the…

False advertisement regarding the complementary shuttle bus from the hotel (Hotel Solona Palace Solin) We brought our parents who are old age pensioners. No shuttle bus available. Hotel knew nothing about an existing shuttle bus service. We are spending a fortune on taxis. I would recommend that you take the note away regarding free shuttle bus now before more of your potential customers are misled.

I really appreciate you taking the time to share your comments with us, and I’m sorry to learn of your disappointment following your experience with us.

I've checked our website regarding the hotel description and can see we don't state that a free shuttle transfer is available.

I can confirm that the hotel offers a free seasonal shuttle bus service, but this only runs to Joe's Beach Lounge & Bar and Kašjuni Beach in Split from July to the end of August. As you travelled after these dates, this service wouldn't have been running during your stay.

The hotel does also offer airport shuttle transfers, which we have listed on our website, but this is a paid service available on request rather than a free one. The details shown on our website and other booking platforms are provided directly by the hotel and our accommodation supplier. We hope this helps clear things up
