Do use this company

Do use this company - Ordered flowers for Mother's Day - arrived two days early and were already wilting. Why have an option to choose delivery date! Also under the same address are:

Delightful Flora - (same happened with this one!)
Happy Days Factory - (same happened with this one!)

Dead flowers…

My daughter ordered flowers for me for mother's day they came on the 27th there a disgrace there dead nothing like the flowers she ordered keep well away from this company they ignore your complaints

Awful awful awful

Awful awful awful.
DO NOT USE!
6 DAYS LATE. No reply to my emails either. My friends 50th and her flowers arrive late and half dead. Will never use again and advise anyone else never to either

Bad bad bad idea to go with this…

Bad bad bad idea to go with this florist. I don’t even know if it’s a legit company. Once they’d taken the money I got a message to say my delivery was ready to send. I’d picked a date 2 days away from this.
But there has been no flowers and no replies to my emails to find out what’s going on.
I’m in limbo!!
Avoid this company at all costs. The flowers are only cheap because you don’t get them!

Timing is everything..

You order flowers to be delivered on the day required.. You know the person will be in and be able take them in..
This company doesn't do... Says it can.. Takes your money... Then doesn't deliver... Should then just return your money..... But no they will deliver a day late... With no one in... What's the point. If they can't deliver on the date... Call me, text me, email me and I could of arranged another time. Went on Web page signed in, checked my account,
Nothing, no order. Absolutely nothing. Still they are going to deliver a day late.. The person in question won't be there. Useless.. Because this morning I get a text its going be delivered today.. Am I going to be in.
Yes I am..
But its not for me, its not my address. How annoying to say the least..
THE moments lost.. But if I'd been contacted we could have changed the delivery date... Now its going to make things worse.. So no don't use this company they will let you down

Ordered flowers in February for mothers…

Ordered flowers in February for mothers day and they didn't arrive. Emailed them and got an email to say running 1-2 days late. Surprise Surprise 3 days later and still no Flowers. Avoid Avoid Avoid this company

Do they have a conscience?

I ordered on the 19/2/21 flowers to be delivered on 13/3/21 ready for Mother’s Day. They did not arrive. I have tried emailing and phoning but had had nothing back in response. I will continue to try and get my money back and will not be using them again. Wonder if they have a conscience?? Especially when people cannot be together so thought this was a lovely gesture.

Absolutely disgusted with this company

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Having not seen my mum for over a year due to covid and her being in England and myself in Scotland, I thought I’d send her flowers to let her know that I miss her and I’m thinking about her. I Told her to wait in that a surprise was coming for her, she was excited and spent the whole day waiting in! For no flowers to show up! I’m so so angry. I have tried to email and tried to call to no avail. The emails aren’t even being delivered anymore! I Can’t comment on any their social as they have blocked people from doing so. So I’m out of pocket, my mum has no flowers and the company seem to just not care. They have robbed us all! How they can get away with taking orders for flowers and money from hundreds of people and not honouring them I have no idea! They should be banned from trading, The website should be removed from google and I hope and pray someone is held accountable for this. We should all be getting our money back! I hate to think how much money they have scammed from people!

VERY ANGRY DAUGHTER

I ordered flowers for my mum on mother's Day ,ordered them on 9/3/21 and mum to receive them on the 13/3/21 ,but they didn't arrive in so angry ,mum thought I'd forgot her ,I'm so ANGRY, on top of that they took the money ,I've emailed left a message and rang all through the day no joy

Didn't arrive for Mothers day ,ordered on the 4th . Absolutely rubbish . If you can't deliver ,don't take the order. It can't be blamed on the post because the other bits I posted arrived on time. Last Mothers Day sent some to my elderly mother in lockdown. They were dead and they wanted a photo .Shes old and has no mobile and was uploading, so this was impossible... they did nothing.I thought it was a one off but sadly no 😡 I wish I'd read the reviews

Misleading Information, they do not Honor the Delivery times

Purchase this flowers on their website on Wednesday around 13:00, it was stating that will arrive on the 11th which was my sisters birthday. I received an email confirming that the flowers will arrive on the 11th.
The flowers did not arrived on the 11th, I contacted customer service they said that the flowers can take 1 - 2 days to arrive. During the process, there are no information showing to the customer that this can be an issue, if I would know that could take longer, I would not use this service. The website is misleading the customer to buy first the flowers and then if there is any delays they say it is on their terms and conditions, where i did not click in terms and conditions before purchasing flowers. Today the 12th I receive an email from Royal mail stating that the flowers will only arrive on the 13th (Saturday). As I sent the flowers to her work, no one will be there Saturday, changing the date they will only be able to deliver on a Monday the 15th. So the flowers will be from the 11th until the 15th without any fresh water, meaning they will no longer be fresh. This is very upsetting, specially when you try to call to someone and no one answers the phone, they will only deal with your enquiries via email. The service is misleading and not clear on their website. I really would like my money back. I paid for a service that I am not getting. Please reach out to me ASAP. Thank you.

The flowers received would of cost a…

The flowers received would of cost a 3rd of the price in the supermarket, by the time the gipsophelia had been removed as it was brown there was very little left to go in the vase. Very disappointing indeed. I will not be using these again... Ever!

Stay clear shocking all round

Ordered flowers for a birthday and paid for extra, flowers arrived looking nothing like picture on line. No greenery, 2 flowers missing and 1 broken. Contacted them straight away and was offfered 20% refund but then the flowers started to die after day 1. On website said not happy 100% refund but they only refunded a portion.

On Facebook reviews shocking and they blocked my messages and didn’t reply to my emails..........customer service rubbish like the flowers......stay clear......
