Such poor quality of flowers and customer service. Flowers were due for Mothers Day but arrived on Tuesday after. The quality was poor and they appeared dead, they were put in water and they lasted two days. After several emails from myself and the recipient, I was promised a replacement. They never arrived. I have once again sent several emails some of which have been ignored and others receiving the generic 'we will get back to you'. Still no closer to a resolution sadly.

Appalling service

I ordered some flowers for my elderly mother to cheer her up as she is on her own in lockdown . They were supposed to be delivered on 8 april, they were not delivered until 14 April and when my mother received them they were dead ! I have tried on numerous occasions to try and get in touch with lovelyflora by email and phone but have had no response. I'm very disappointed in this company and will be taking the matter further as I would like a refund.

dreadful flower company

dreadful flower company , never ever respond to emails, flowers they sent are dead after 2 days.

I have emailed them 5 times now, poor quality (dead) lack of flowers and late delivery by 6 days disgusting service still no response to my photos and complaints just being ignored writing to. Be warned dont buy here, you will be disappointed. Not very professional at all. never going to buy from them again. back to a reputable company now i think.
