Worst and most expensive libre 3+…

Worst and most expensive libre 3+ armband. The design makes it difficult to strap tight on my father’s arm and since he has loose skin, the strap pulls his skin with it. I contacted the company, but all they did was give me the same instructions this trashy product came with to begin with. This company doesn’t accept returns for open products!?!? This costed me and my family more than $50. Never again! I will spread the word about this garbage company on every platform that will allow it.

Does not keep water off the sensor or…

Does not keep water off the sensor or adhesive and actually pulls off the sensor when removing after swimming. Tight round your arm, difficult to put on without help. Not for swimming. Waste of money.

The Libra cover is hard cheap plastic that leaks water.

The Libra cover is hard cheap plastic and the clip in logo lets in water to the sensor, which is odd as its a product marketed as a swimming / water protection aid. I raised the lack of water proofing with the company and was simply told the sensor was water proof anyway, but I feel its mis sold if it does not keep the sensor adhesive dry. The bits where the Velcro strap attaches are also too small to re thread easily if the strap comes off. The product is a good idea but let down by cutting corners in its design and cheap construction. Lovemylibra have now blocked me on Facebook for pointing out poor design and potentially mis selling the product. Childish to say the least.

Full recommendation

I have been using this product for my Libre 2 sensors for a few years now. The band is comfortable and certainly does what it is designed for. It actually helps me hold my phone in the right place when scanning through clothes. During my origianl purchase and my recent re-order, I ran into technical problems. Their response was quick, positive, friendly and effective. I have no hesitation in recommending the company and the product.
