Great cards! Excellent Customer Service!
I’ve been buying and sending LovePop cards for several years; it’s the only card line that regularly gets a note from the ‘Birthday Person’ commenting on the card, not just my good wishes. Recently for the first time ever a shipment from the company was stolen from my porch. LovePop replaced the shipment at no cost and zero hassle - even sent the replacement via expedited shipping all at no cost to me.

Customer service is tops!
I’ve ordered their wonderful cards for years. They come in strong, sturdy envelopes with DO NOT BEND in huge red letters. So of course, this time, the mail carrier bent, folded, twisted and squashed the thing to cram it in the mailbox. It wasn’t Lovepop’s fault, but I sent them photos and they expedited a free replacement.

I Was a lovepop Virgin
The male and female store associates could not have been nicer to me. He was very helpful from the moment I entered the store, directed me to the wedding cards, and shared a suggestion - although I had already selected the one I wanted from the website. The three of us shared a few pleasantries as I paid for my card. My experience was so pleasant that I plan to return whenever I need a special card.

I have ordered from Lovepop many times and have always been very happy with the products. This last time, however, my order was lost somewhere within the post office. I reached out to customer service and they very quickly responded, giving me several options to resolve the problem. I had my replacement order in my hand only three days after contacting them! There was a shipping error that caused…
There was a shipping error that caused my card to be late but lovepop was quick to refund my shipping as well as give me a discount for my next purchase. It’s little thoughtful things like this that set companies apart. I will most definitely buy cards through them again. Mistakes happen but how you respond to them matters and lovepop shows they truly care about their customers.

Impeccable cards and top-notch customer service!
We have been ordering Lovepop cards for several years, their cards are really creative and there's one (or more) for every possible event in our lives. They are very high quality and always arrive very well packaged and we have never had damage. I ordered two for Valentines Day and they did not arrive on time. I contacted Lovepop customer service and they promptly refunded my money. Because of the quality of their product and their incredible customer service we are lifetime customers.

Truly unique gifts with unparalleled customer service
I love how unique Lovepop's cards and gifts are! I bought a card for my anniversary and unfortunately the personalization was off center. However, Mary from customer service went above and beyond to ensure I received the correct personalization and even added expedited shipping so I received it in time for my anniversary. A bad experience turned positive
My granddaughter didn’t receive the original card, and I didn’t purchase the “tracking” option, who knows where it ended up. I wasn’t hopeful of a positive outcome, but they replaced the card and upgraded the shipping so it could be tracked. It was unfortunate that it was late. (Not their fault, I didn’t contact them soon enough), but I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received. I will definitely order from them again (but pay for the tracking). Thank you

Great, responsive customer service!
