Having had two orders from them last year. Placed another order worth £86 have not received the order and I’ve emailed them 4 times no reply. Looks like they not trustworthy anymore.

The worst site, I ordered socks 2 June 2021 and they deducted the money right away, but I haven't received anything. I have written to their customer service twice but they do not answer. Do not buy there.

I ordered over $100 of socks. The package never arrived. I have 23/7 doormen who get ALL the packages and it never arrived. There was no response from customer service after repeated emails and I was scammed.
There is apparently no customer service except for an automated response saying someone will contact me and then never another response. Do not purchase anything from this company ever!

I have the same problem as Helene Cassabo…2 first experiences went well (although a VERY long waiting time) paid for 3 sets, only received 1 and no replies to my multiple emails!!

I have to Sao I fell in love with these socks when saw them and thought would be a gorgeous pressie for my sisters birthday.
She has been totally tremendous helping me out during lockdown when I was unable to go out shopping!
Wanted to make present special and these socks fitted the bill!
I received e-mails informing me of where parcel was.
Birthday August 5th so hoped in time?
Yes socks arrived today 31/7 so totally in time!
Can’t speak highly enough of this service and I will be telling everyone they should be using this as absolutely delighted.
Socks are gorgeous as is the quality of the product!!!

I disagree with the negative reviews. I bought three sets for myself and my two daughters. They are very good quality, look great and don’t slip down the heel of the trainers. They wash brilliantly too.

Misleading advertising. Website shows socks come with a box, they don’t they come in a normal plastic bag, and cheap quality for price. Avoid

I just received my parcel with 15 pairs of socks. They are so comfortable, beautiful design and really great quality.
I definitely going to order more. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love the socks, love the style pattern, comfort, they don’t slip down in trainers which I have experienced with other brands in past. I would have scored 5 but the only downside was the length of time for delivery (think it was around 3weeks) but this may be due to current climate! Would recommend. 😀

These socks will ROCK any cute sneaker. 👟 They are a very nice quality, extremely comfortable and so stinking cute! I think I bought every style that they come in. I also bought the heavier ones for boot season. 👢 The customer service from this company is prompt, courteous and professional. I just hope they design more cute socks 💗

These were bought as a gift so have not seen them in person but the recipient ws over the moon. Would definitely buy again

Through the Covid-19 I received my socks!! it took longer but I was all the time in contact with them by email and following the way of my socks to my house.

Love these socks, so pretty and very comfortable. Very happy I decided to buy them.

Saw these on Fb and knew my daughter would love them- clearly a quality product, even from the pictures. All correspondence with them was professional and friendly even during this difficult time.
Socks arrived in a cute zip-bag and were instantly tried on! The heart at the heel is perfect in her Air Force One's and she says they are very, very comfortable and feel really supportive. These are great value whilst on offer and I will definitely recommend to friends.Thank you!
