Unfortunately my experience of this company not so great. It is not made apparent that this company seems to be a showcase for products that are sold via a range of different sellers. Nothing wrong with this but it would be helpful to know this.
In purchasing, I made an address omission on the website that I was not able to correct. Sent 2 emails immediately to the to Love your Sales company email but no timely response.
Fortunately for me, the selling footwear company's rapid sales acknowledgment listed a human contact number. L***, a very professional and adept sales rep' at the footwear company corrected this in a very time efficient ( < 15 minutes), manner.
The Love your Sales customer service rep, N*** (?) took 4 plus hours to respond. So by then the end of the working day. Of course - too late to effect any change. The response; stating " that there was nothing they could do "(too late anyway), and " if the parcel got delayed or lost - it would be my fault. " Incredulous .. !!
It was; and remains my understanding that Customer Services are there to help people, howsoever things go wrong. Either understaffed or some other issue ...?
4 **** only because - the footwear company were attentive, on the ball and sold me good shoes.

In your case, we replied within approximately 4 hours, which is well within our committed response timeframe.
For security and privacy reasons, we do not store customers' address details on our website once an order has been placed, nor are we able to amend delivery information directly. As a marketplace, orders are passed securely to the retailer for fulfilment, which is why the retailer was best placed to assist with your request. We're pleased they were able to make the amendment before dispatch.
We also want to reassure you that our intention is always to help our customers. If an incorrect address cannot be amended before dispatch, any resulting delivery issues can unfortunately arise from the address entered at checkout, which is why we encourage customers to carefully review their details before placing an order.
We appreciate your comments regarding making our marketplace model clearer and will take this feedback on board as we continue to improve the customer experience.
