Awful company always a problem with…
Awful company always a problem with returns as they do not like to refund. I brought a pair of Fendi sandals which took them over 2 months to refund me . Now I went and brought a palm angel top like an idiot forgetting the previous problems with them and now they have taken my money and they still have the item as I returned it and it’s been over a month do not order from this site

Wouldn’t use lovethesales again after two bad experiences back to back. I have used lovethesales a number of times now but my last two orders have been a real let down. A couple of months ago I ordered a t-shirt through their website which was actually out of stock, Instead of the retailer informing me they just sent out a different t shirt in my size. I returned the item which got lost through Royal Mail for nearly two weeks and the situation was very stressful. Last week I ordered a polo shirt through their site and the retailer ‘N22Menswear’ has sent me a different polo to what I ordered. I rang the retailers store after getting no response via email and was spoken to rudely and told the right item has been sent to myself which clearly isn’t the case as the material is different and the price tag is completely different. I have just had to pay for a 24h tracked and signed return myself, I reached out to lovethesales and I received a response on Saturday asking for photos of the item I received. I response with the photos and have heard nothing back from them which is disappointing, Hopefully I get my refund as the retailer does not seem trustworthy nor have any customer service skills.
