LoveVelo was AMAZING. Rapha was great at communicating and planning our honeymoon to match our availability, finances, and wants - I feel like I barely did anything and *poof* we had a dream vacation. Elen was super fast at communication when my rental bike had a breakdown and immediately contacted all the taxi company and the bike rental shop, got me all set up, and kept me in the loop so I was never wondering what was next. And Ollie! Ollie was so helpful making sure we had a ride to our hotel after a flight got delayed and our plans were thrown all into the air. Quite a few things went wrong for us on our honeymoon that were entirely out of our control or LoveVelo's and it was all handled so efficiently that when I look back on the vacation I barely remember those things going wrong. Also, all the vendors they are partnered with were amazing for us - the bike rental shop, the shuttle service, and the hotel were filled with friendly and helpful staff, beautiful views, and fast service. I will 1000% use this company again for a future bike vacation.
Went with these guys last year with my wife, mum and Dad. It was the last time I saw my Dad before he passed away, so it was particularly special. This year we're going again, but just with my mum this time. Love Velo have been excellent - we were well served throughout the booking process and the holiday itself by them last year, and so it was a no-brainer to book again. We had an amazing holiday 👍🏼
Super disappointed. On a tour with 20 people, about the 10th with the same group. I am told that LoveVelo “sold” the destination to our tour leader. Whilst the cycling is probably going to be fine, the hotel is 45 minutes from anywhere and is definitely not worth the price paid (when compared to many other trips). Fell well short of the brief so I would not trust at all.
A great experience for my first Canary trip. I was based in a half-board hotel, which gave peace of mind for re-fuelling, and gave a better experience. The hotel was a long walk from both Playa Maspalomas and Playa des Ingles, but not a problem once the bike was collected. I took on two of the suggested routes. the 3000ft climb to Soria, in magnificent rocky territory, with a cafe at the top, and the coastal route west. Beware, west of Tauro, the road is permanently closed, and cyclists would need to take a ferry from Puerto Rico to access the resort of Mogan. I was in this vicinity, around the tunnels above Punta Tiritana on a Sunday afternoon. the local petrol heads and motorcyclists were using it as a race track meet, taking crazy risks at high speed to please a large crowd of on-lookers with cameras shouting encouragement. I was in a bad place, but made a diversion down a steep bank to visit an isolated beach for a few hours for things to quieten down. My other route was a diversion from my planned itinery, a one-way traverse of the island to Agaete in the north west to a small guest house for the night, a strenuous 8,000 ft of climbing over 60 miles. About equal to the Pico de las Nieves route. Be aware the GC605 running west from Ayacata is also closed. The staff at Free Motion Cycles were very helpful with this information. My return route along the west coast to Mogan was cut short by a terrific headwind under the name of Storm Theresa, and I thankfully was able to secure a lift by car from my host in Agaete. The mountain passes were strewn with rocks, and awash with debris, plus high winds and torrential rain. no place for a cyclist. Many of the high routes have suffered damage and are closed from this event. This western route, whilst spectacular, also has permanent road closures, traffic diverted onto the highway and through tunnels. A rear light could be useful here.
Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Amanda who helped me with the planning of a cycling trip along the Loire valley. Superb personality, knowledge and customer service.
The whole experience ran like clockwork- even when I picked my bike up and was i formed I had not paid for it (which i had). A quick call to Love Velo resolved the issue- the suppliers records were not up to date; I had paid. I found the communication excellent and regular, a good range of routes to follow, amazing hotel recommended, transfers from and to airport all good. 1 snag on one of the routes, which in one of the towns kept directing me.up one way streets the wrong way. Had to try and navigate my own way, which took a bit of extra time. Have used Love Velo twice before and definitely would again.
What a fantastic holiday riding from Porto to Lisbon
Everything well organised and e bikes were the best
We got emotional leaving our bikes at the end. Would recommend to anyone regardless of age to this experience . We speak as a 74 year old and 63yro

Our cycling trip through the Loire Valley was simply amazing. The logistics were spot on from moving our luggage along from hotel to hotel, great accommodations, and a superb navigation route. The history, food and wine were outstanding, not to mention the friendly people throughout our adventure. What we enjoyed the most was meandering through the French countryside on dedicated bike paths or quiet rural roads. Hats off to Oli for making this trip happen, it ranks as one of our best vacations.

The St Malo self guided tour was a disappointment ! Lack of adequate information, lack of support! I would suggest a local operator !!

This trip was to celebrate my 80th birthday and Raphael, Elen and James were so helpful and kind. I told them all the things I wanted to do and all the things I didn't want to do and they just kept saying, "We can take care of that." And the did!

Thanks for a well organised trip - the bikes were great fir the terrain and all the stop-over venues were excellent.
Beer in that part of France 🇫🇷 is a little underwhelming- but can’t blame the tour company 😂
Particularly liked Bezier 👍😎☀️

We’ve just returned from a wonderful cycling trip to the flatlands of Mallorca, arranged by Love Velo, and once again, we were thoroughly impressed. Everything ran so smoothly from start to finish. The hotels Amanda selected for us were all excellent – places we’d never have found on our own – and added so much to the enjoyment of the trip.
The rental bikes were high-quality and arrived right on time, making each day in the saddle a real pleasure. We really appreciated the cycling routes provided, though we did shorten a few of them thanks to the 29-degree heat!
This was our third trip with Love Velo (we’ve also cycled in Portugal and Calpe), so we had high expectations – and Mallorca absolutely delivered. Amanda’s attention to detail was exceptional, and her planning made the whole experience seamless and stress-free.
We’ve already recommended Love Velo to several of our cycling friends, and we’ll definitely be booking with them again in the future. Looking forward to our next adventure!

Tuscany Perfection
Oli did an awesome job organizing our trip. I needed his help to pull together a custom trip early and he did everything. Our guide Francesco was incredible. He was a pleasure to ride with and planned routes that were beautiful but challenging. We can’t wait to plan another trip.

Tom and the LoveVelo team organised everything just the way we asked for our Pyrénées cycling trip.
They were able to make some important late changes with regards to our bike hire plans.
Everything went perfectly.
the transfers were great, bike hire company was excellent (delivered and picked up quality bikes)
the hotel Au Primrose was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Rooms are small but very clean, tidy, comfy and had everything we needed. Run by Philippe who is such a nice guy. Very relaxed, friendly and super-organised. All the staff were great.
Excellent secure bike storage.
A great continental breakfast every day.
the evening meals were excellent. Really fresh and tasty. And with the optional additional pasta no chance of going hungry.
Argelès-Gazost is a great location for doing lots of great road bike climbs.

Home after another fabulous cycling trip with Love Velo. Great point to point route in Girona cycling through varied terrain and beautiful scenery, stopping overnight at some lovely hotels in great locations.
Great communication with company, before and during trip when accommodation was changed which was out of their control. Alternative hotel secured with premium rooms and complimentary spa access was appreciated as was the compensation for inconvenience. This was our 3rd trip with Love Velo and already planning our next adventure!!

Our trip booked through Love Velo far exceeded our expectations. The up-front communication was very good and we were able to easily download all of the routes prior to leaving. Our trip was three days in Italy and we rode from Florence to Siena. Picking up the bikes in Florence could not have been easier. Two gentlemen delivered them to our hotel promptly at the designated time and made sure the bikes were properly set up for both of us. The bikes were high-quality and perfect for the ride. All of the accommodations were excellent and the baggage transfers went off without a hitch. I would definitely use Love Velo again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Love Velo are a very professional company to deal with, helpful staff who immediately answer enquiries or queries. Tom is amazing, always happy to answer my many questions and tailor our requirements by adding in extra nights along the route. The hotels that they book are of good quality and the bikes are exceptionally comfortable with plenty of pannier space for waterproofs etc. I have just returned from my second Love Velo holiday with a group of 5 friends and I am already researching next year’s location and route. The speed with which Tom produces a quote is amazing, I think I had facts and figures within 30 minutes of my initial enquiry yesterday. Wholeheartedly recommend this company.

What a great cycling holiday, very pleased we did it Palma to Palencia and not the other way round, which had the steeper climbs, also the scenery improved as we moved to Palencia.
What a range of accommodation, the best without a doubt being the Monaber hotel, what a location and the best food
Best greeting was at the Can Serrete,
The bikes were perfect, alway good when the gears reliably work, the GPS navigation spot on and easy to use
The only change I would make would have been to start in Palma or Cali Pi.
Many thanks for arranging
