I’m having the same issue as everyone below. Very weird I ordered end of November and still nothing I did receive a réponse in December saying my items will be shipped starting December 30 but now Jan 20 and nothing. I sent an email this week and didn’t get a réponse. It’s fine if I knew it takes months to get my order but now I’m worried I’ll never get it and I paid over 90 pounds! I wanna support small businesses but seriously two months for an order? I ordered a jacket it’ll be summer before I get it? If anyone can advise how to get money back plz! This is sad because the clothes looked really nice and why keep promoting discounts as I keep getting via email if the goods can’t be delivered?! If anyone has advice what to do please share!

I have ordered from this company before and loved the product which arrived very quickly.

However i ordered 2 items at the end of November which i have still not received. My emails have stopped being replied to and i have idea if my order is coming or not - i suspect not. Gutted as i was looking forward to receiving my items.

I'll be requesting a refund through my credit card for my order and reporting it as fraud. I'll never use this company again!

If I could give this company no stars I would I really cannot understand why a company would carry on like this you try to help them by buying from them and they treat you in this way I am still waiting for my order since November, which I now realize I will not be getting sad because I was really looking forward to receiving my items.

They do not respond to emails or any messaging system.
Ordered items mid December, sent fake tracking details 10 days ago which are not recognised on royal mail.

I really was looking forward to what I ordered. Very disappointed. Poor customer service.

I would give this company minus stars if it were an option! Similar to many of the recent reviews, I have not received my items in full. The order was placed in October '21 and I have been chasing ever since... Emails, DMs on Instagram all ignored. Message on WhatApp read, ignored and when I tried to follow up realised I'd been blocked! Have started pursuing chargeback through my Credit Card company.
DO NOT be tempted to order from this site!!

I am so sorry I didn't read the reviews before ordering. It would appear we are all suffering from the same problem, no delivery and no response. My only advice to all others out there considering buying form them, don't do, they are scammers, they just take your money.

I have been waiting on a top i order the same time as i ordered the earrings and had been told that i would receive the item 7 days later. Am still waiting and i have got no response since. Even though they sorted the faulty earing. Feeling very annoyed and angry with this as i dont have money to throw away. Got to report this site to many complaints. Must be something as i send emails everyday to them and now there daily deal and offers ghe stopped. Beautiful things a sgame yiu dont receive the items when you have paid for them.

I placed an order 2 months ago with this company and still have not received my items. After multiple attempts of trying to communicate via email, WhatsApp and messenger I have not received any replies. I am completely amazed at the appalling service from this company and would advise that no one order from this company. I truly believe that they are frauds and need to be reported to customs house!

It is also unfortunate that due to the lapsed I am unable to claim back my money so I feel totally robbed!!!

Ordered a jacket in November, it did take a while to arrive but it was worth the wait. I messaged the company about the delay (more than once, I’m so inpatient) and they responded to me every time. The tracking number was provided a few days before it was actually posted so it was saying invalid for a while. I absolutely love the jacket!

Great communication and excellent quality. I love this brand!

Delivery came just before "Crimbo" luckily, although it seemed longer than usual delivery times. Item is good quality and fits well. I look good in it too, even if I say so myself!!! ;-)

Terrible company ordered dress 27 nov no response to emails or dms and they deleted my comments on their Instagram will have to get my bank to charge back. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ok, so really would have liked to post a positive experience but unfortunately can not. Ordered items on the 8th November and after lots of chasing and lack of communication I had to log a dispute with the card service. Eventually received all items approximately 6 weeks later. Although one of the items I would have liked to return I didn’t have confidence in returning the item for a refund so got a dressmaker to make the adjustments. I really want to support black owned businesses but if your customer service is not on point you are letting yourselves down and making it harder for consumers to purchase from unknown brands. I hope this is taken as constructive criticism by the company. I am not saying to anyone not to purchase from this company as do not believe they are a scam a received all items ordered, however the company needs to be honest with delivery times and tracking details and respond promptly to customer concerns. I personally will not be buying from this company again.

Fed up of trying to gain an update on my order, don't respond to emails, whats app or messenger..feel like iv been scammed. Reported as fraud and dispute logged with bank. Real shame as I have received good in the past (which was a lovely coat) but lack of communication is the worse! Really poor, don't waste your money

Do not order from this company, it’s a total con! Ordered a coat one dress on 20th November, chased up a few weeks later and said would be here by 20th December. Hasn’t arrived emailed asking for a refund as the tracking number doesn’t work either. Seeing other reviews now doesn’t seem unusual. Massive scam and have stolen my money!

I ordered a coat and paid £48 for it on 9th November. I received an email from this company on 6th December which advised that the item was despatched. There was a tracking number, however this was never recognised by the carrier. It’s now 18th December. Still no coat. Several emails have been sent and only one reply which assured me the item would be despatched on 17th and arrive on the 18th. It didn’t and the tracking number is still void. I feel totally scammed!

Love the dress and really reasonably priced. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Lovely coat. Not too oversized. Nice style

I ordered a leather sash. 54 days later the sash arrived. Several times I had to contact to follow up the order. The sash is in the style I had requested, thank you.
