Lovi made it very easy to understand which products were compatible with my skin by providing a compatibility percentage for each recommendation. I also appreciated the video tutorials that showed me exactly how to use the products correctly. The guidance was clear, personalized, and easy to follow. Overall, it has been a very helpful experience.
Although I have had to pause my subscription for personal and financial reasons, I plan to subscribe again in the near future and would happily recommend the service to others looking for personalized skincare advice.

My only challenge is that the app doesn’t keep the chat so I end up asking same question many times and sometimes the recommendation that were on the first response would appear when I ask second time around.
Otherwise I am happy with the interaction and the results that I am seeing.

Great app for anyone looking to start a skincare routine and receive personalized product recommendations tailored to their skin type and concerns. If you already have an established collection of skincare products, it can be a bit more difficult to incorporate them since the app doesn't yet support full integration of existing products. I also loved that the app includes facial yoga as part of the routines.

I sent £19.99 on may 4th this year for premium starter pack on Facebook it never arrived !
I did not subscribe as I wanted to try it first but for some reason you have tried very recently to take out £39.99 luckily you didn’t succeed. I have tried to get hold of you many times , so I decided to write it in the review section then just maybe you will see it and make contact with me . It’s not very nice to pay for something never receive it , but then you try to take /make money off me for something I never signed up for . Disgruntled customer sick of getting scammed!!!

No tracking system and NO alternative option for toner during the morning routine
There is no proper way of keep a track of products I have used through the day.
Alternatives for the toner is not available during the morning routine, that needs to be fixed.
Toner gave me rashes all over my eyes, there was no way I could record this in the app.

I believe in the knowledge database of Lovi. However, I already have some cosmetics. I would rather like Lovi to use what is on my shelf. The routines that Lovi suggests are fine but most of the products do not exist where I live. It would be great if Lovi could suggest a routine with my products. I check every product I own or wish to buy with Lovi. I am still unsure if a photogrtaph is enough for Lovi to analyze my skin.
