I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with Lovy Studios.

My order (#10042688), worth €181.92, was never delivered to me and the tracking shows that the parcel was returned to the sender.

On 3 August, Lovy Studios confirmed to me by email that they would process a refund. More than two weeks later, I still have not received the refund. I have contacted them again several times asking for an update, but I am no longer receiving any response.

I have been patient and tried to resolve this directly with the company, but at this point I am having to contact my bank to dispute the payment.

I will update this review if the situation is resolved and the promised refund is received.

So so amazing I ordered the Isabel marant style trainers the quality is sooo good and look just like the real shoes thank you!

Currently waiting 17 days for my longsleeve… poor tracking data and sent a mail 3 days ago to the customer service and they still didn’t reply..

If i knew that the product is coming straight from China i would’ve bought it myself at Hagobuy or Oopbuy (Chinese agents) this is just a dropshipping website that sells items for higher price.

I ordered the Lovy Sneaker Beige and, overall, I had a good experience. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but once the order was dispatched, it arrived very quickly, so the overall delivery time was reasonable. The support team is also very responsive and easy to reach, and the sizing chart was accurate.

The sneakers themselves are pretty and good quality, but my main issue is the colour. Although the website mentions that there may be minor colour variations due to lighting, the difference was much bigger than I expected. The beige shown in the photos is **much lighter** than the sneakers I received, which are noticeably darker. I personally prefer the lighter beige shown online, and when I first opened the package, I honestly thought they had sent me the wrong colour.

Overall,I am upset with the colouring, but I don't dislike the sneakers and would consider being from Lovy Studios again, but I wish the actual colour was closer to the website photos.

The delivery took 2-3 weeks but it’s okay.

Speaking honestly they have reasonable prices for such good quality products. I got two acne studio shirts white & black, it was such good quality and even the packaging was nice. I would say its 100% worth the wait for such nice quality products. Very good prices as well!

got the wrong order and they said they would refund me and asked for my order details, never gave me the refund, when i emailed again they don’t reply (i emailed 4 times and texted on tik tok), also my boyfriend got me bag for my birthday and it came the wrong bag and they also ignored his emails

I ordered some boots for my daughter on the 18th May.
I kept tracking the order, which just said in transit, I contacted Lovystudios and the said, wait a week and then we'll send another pair, still nothing, it is now 15th July.
I've contacted them twice to ask for a refund with no response!
Truly terrible service!!
