As we already informed you, we are doing everything we possibly can to locate your package. We have been in close contact with UPS and have officially submitted a claim so they can investigate this matter further.
Unfortunately, once a package is in the hands of the carrier, the process is partly out of our control, but please rest assured that we are actively following up and pushing for an update.

Obsessed with the Oslo Puffer!!
This puffer is seriously amazing — the quality is so good, and it’s super comfortable. It honestly gives total Ralph Lauren dupe vibes, and the fit is very Stockholm style, which I absolutely love.
Also, can we talk about how cute the whole unboxing experience was? The package came with beautiful little stickers and everything was wrapped so nicely. It really made me feel like they care about the details.
I’ve already recommended this site to so many people. Macies has such a good selection of pieces that totally match that clean, minimal, Scandinavian aesthetic. I’m obsessed.
