We are looking at updating our wills and needed to include our funeral plans - Memoria had a selection of plans available but we were able to find the one that suited our needs

This is a sensitive topic but Karen was empathetic and patient and answered all of my queries. She was happy to phone me back to allow me time to consult with my family and there was no hard sell . When it came to setting up the funeral plan it took minutes on the phone .
