I had been advised never to use a broker so I did actually approach my own bank for a mortgage until I was introduced to Lowdens by my seller. Their service is second to none and I am completely sold! I would say to you, use a broker and infact use Lowdens. Very knowledgeable and professional in their approach, friendly and extremely supportive. I was prejudiced and skeptical but that has changed. They were an absolute delight to work with.

Excellent brokers. Both Abbie and Honor never gave up on me even when I gave up on myself. They kept reassuring me and they were very hopeful. Abbie found me a great rate after I was disappointed by one of the lenders. She kept encouraging me and she was always on the phone to give me an update.
