Communication was excellent throughout, and they went out of their way to help with every detail. The ring itself is absolutely beautiful and even better than I had hoped for. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially for such an important purchase. Highly recommended!

Lowe & Sons is a lovely shop, exuding quality and expertise. The staff are friendly, approachable, practical, down-to-earth, skilful and very helpful. Gold repairs are never cheap but they did a good job. I was impressed!
