Engagement ring valuation
Everything worked to plan - engagement ring was taken in early for staff to check its condition before the valuation on 8th September 2025.
Ring was handed back on time and report issued the following week.
However, the report did not provide full details of two of the four diamonds. Staff stated this was because the valuer had not been handed the previous valuation certificates. I was not requested to provide any documentation in advance.

A beautiful shop, with polite, knowledgeable and welcoming staff. The range of gold and silver items for sale is wonderful, and l have often seen exceptional works of art for sale both in the shop window, and within the inside cabinets. The interior of the shop is a pure delight, like stepping back in time.
